This is not by any means a company, its just a scamming centre in collaboration with wowcher, how can you keep lying to the public that you sell a tower fan whereas what you sell is actually a toy, I have reported this company and flagged it as a scam too this review is just to warn the general public, boycott this scamming centre if you love your hard earned money. Absolute Rubbish and a joke of a company.

As others have said I would give zero points if possible. This was our first purchase with Wowcher and will be our last as this company they deal with are absolutely disgusting. We ordered a play tent - it took a couple of weeks to arrive and when we tried to assemble it we realised that it was completely faulty as the tubes where you are supposed to put the rods were sewn up. We informed the company and they said to return it and gave their address but no prepaid label so we had to pay £6.45. We have since been emailing back and forth for weeks and then Wowcher gave us a refund for the product but they informed us that Just Gift Direct would have to refund the delivery charge and return postage and when we contacted them they at first said they would but are now refusing to. Their emails are totally confusing with terrible grammar and spelling and they just repeat the same words over and over. They asked us to send proof of the return postage - which we have done twice - and said they would refund on receipt of that but are now refusing to do so. We are now £11.44 out of pocket for the original delivery charge and return postage. We are now going to make a claim through our credit card company. Don’t give any of your business to this joke of a company.

This clown company don't even deserve ONE star, they are total scammers, and I can't believe that WOWCHER are still advertising their products, bearing in mind the amount of complaints they must receive.
This clown company sell tower fans that are supposedly worth £79.99, for £11.99... well, the old adage "if sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't..." springs to mind (in hindsight). The 'fan' arrived in flimsy packaging and the box was totally battered, but there was worse to come, after plugging fan in, it was spinning around the table, it was so. light, and the air output was practically non existant on both settings. I could blow more air out myself - honestly, worth £79.99, my a**! I contacted WOWCHER, who emailed clown company 'gift direct', but no response. WOWCHER emailed them agaim and i got a response stating they are sorry for my inconvenience, and that I can keep the fan and they'll give me £2 refund as compensation. Oh right... because I really want to keep a fan that is even less use than a chocolate fireguard!! They said it'll save me the expense of returning it... it'd be funny if it wasn't true! Of course, I'm not giving up without a fight, and will even get my bank involved, if I need to because they are total scammers! WOWCHER - STOP advertising this clown company's tat!! And if I don't get my FULL refund, I'll be adding a negative review for WOWCHER as well. There are too many reviews here that are stating that WOWCHER don't do enough to get a fair outcome for the customer! And that, in my opinion, is quite shocking!

Awful experience with this company. Ordered a product via Wowcher, which arrived late, completely battered, and looked very unsafe (it was electrical, I would not have felt safe using it.)
Wowcher managed to get my money back, but then left me to it when trying to get my return postage back. After sending multiple emails, I have had no response at all and probably will not get my postage back. Awful product, awful customer service.

I’ve been waiting for a promised refund for a faulty Wi-Fi door bell.
After sending proof of postage I’ve not had any acknowledgement's to my messages. You now have both my money and the faulty door bell. Not a professional way to conduct a business!

Purchased two fans via wowcher

Purchased two fans via wowcher as have other poor consumers. Both NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and requested refund and details of vendor. Neither provided and day 17 of exchange of e.mails requesting, pleading for information and refund.
Neither business interested and offloaded onto a call centre autobot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Sent email as order still has not been sent. Email returned to say the box was full. What in the name? Ordered a desktop fan. For £11.99, not much I know but it’s the principle of the matter. Just waiting for WOWCHER to get back to me.

Ordered 2 tower fans through wowcher. Finally arrived today and barely feel anything from them even when switched on to high. Only paid £13 each for them so not the £79.99 that it says on the just gift direct site but would still have expected them to do something rather than just wheeze at me.

Bought a fan through wowcher last week says voucher redeemed but have had no progress I'm so confused. They took the money so where is my product. On top of that I ordered a humidifier and what a cheap small load of cack compared to what I thought I was buying. I will never use wowcher again

I wouldn’t recommend, ordered two of the same items… one has come completely battered, the other has come and after trying in for a couple minutes has broken already. Extremely disappointed, especially as were birthday presents.

Absolutely shocking. Brought a Nintendo switch case via wowcher. Ordered it in middle of June and still not received it. Emailed Just Gift and not had any reply to my emails whatsoever. Wowcher just redirect you the seller. Never using Wowcher or Just Gift again. Poor excuse for a company.

I bought a smart watch from them off wowcer what a piece of cheap crap. They sell on just gift direct for £99.99 on wowcer it was £11.99 I wouldn't give 50p for it when you contact wowcer they tell you to contact just gift direct until you leave a bad review on trust pilot then they refund you and ask you if you will change your review. I won't be using either of them again just absolutely rubbish

I ordered a desk fan, for £14.99 via WOWCHER and it arrived with the box completely damaged, I contacted customer service and informed them with pictures and I also complained that the fan was not what was on the picture on WOWCHER and I had been misled. I firstly contacted WOWCHER who didn't want to know and then direct to the supplier who offered me a refund of £4 and will not refund me the money even though I am within my rights to return it and get a full refund. They are now not answering any emails as this is the only wat to contact them.
My advice is do not buy anything from this company the products are absolute rubbish

0 rating! absolute scammers..teamed up with wowcher! sold me dodgy tiny fan (81% saving on fake price £79.99)..pretty sure would fail electrical safety check..trying to have this returned, but they want me to bear the postage cost! Trading standards should ban these dodgy scammers!

Terrible Terrible company.
Ordered a fan via wowcher which was from JustGiftDirect and it came absolutely smashed, so much so that it looked like Macho-man elbow dropped it himself, repeatedly. Not to mention it was the wrong item.
I contacted justgiftdirect and sent photos of the smashed item and they couldn't be more uninterested, offered me a £2 refund and repeatedly asked for photos (which they got each time), 21 emails later and they still don't care and keep asking the same questions. They try to fob you off so you lose interest.
Joke of a company.

Despite the other reviews that people have left of this company, I had a very positive experience with Just Gift Direct. I bought a pair of white wireless Bluetooth earbuds (knockoff Apple AirPod Pros) and although delivery was a few days late, the customer service team did send me the tracking information upon request. The product itself came neatly packaged and completely succeeded my expectations! The sound quality and aesthetic of it is amazing. Very happy with my purchase, and would recommend to family and friends.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought an LED fly catcher through Wowcher. Delivery should have been before 21st May ... still waiting on 9th June. Contacted Wowcher and was told to contact the seller. Got a generic email from them after about 4 days, telling me my item was in transit. What does that mean?! Absolutely shocking service! DO NOT USE THEM! And poor show from Wowcher for taking no responsibility with regard to the companies whose merchandise they promote.

Wished I could give zero or minus stars!! Disgusting service. I ordered a GoGroopie voucher and redeemed it on 9 May, with a 14 day postage timescale. It's now 6 June and nowhere to be seen. The tracking information has been saying "in transit to courier" for the past 2 weeks!!. I don't expect to see it so I'm trying for a refund. I will give them until the end of this week, then refer to trading standards. Absolutely disguting

Ordered this item in 16th May. Promised deliver on or before 24th. 24th arrived and no delivery. I emailed to chase them up the told me that because its late, once it arrives then I can send it back for a full refund..... as if by magic it then got delivered 2 days later. Too late for what it was needed for. I had to source one from else where.
When I opened it the box is completely damaged. As if someone was deliberately throwing it off the walls.
Emailed them with the photos and asked for a freepost returns address. They've now told me they can't refund me because its only the box that's damaged. I'm refusing to even open the box. Guess it will be a trading standards complaint and a consumer protection complaint.

Awful service. I ordered item 26.04 and two weeks later when I asked what's going on with my order they said it's in transit, when I request tracking number it shows item was send 06.05, customer service is slow and poor. Never AGAIN!!!!
