Outcome: the team at JHR reached out to me on July 31st to apologise for the delays and miscommunication. They confirmed that they are processing a refund and I confirmed that I’m returning the tights I no longer need. Given the other good reviews I hope that this is just an oversight. I had been worried I was being scammed but I don’t feel this is the case now.

Issue: I ordered some horse riding tights for my daughter on 11th July and was told they would be delivered by the 17th.

On the 18th of July, having received no package or tracking number I emailed to enquire. I received a reply the following day (sat 19) saying the tights had been dispatched on July 16th but that they couldn’t see where the tights were with the tracking info they had (which still hadn’t been shared with me).

They asked if I would like a replacement sent and requested I decline delivery, should two pairs arrive. I replied the same day and said this would be good. I also requested a tracking number this time. On 21 July I got an email to say they would confirm when the tights had been dispatched. I’ve heard nothing since and it is now July 24th.

The service is really disappointing and I’ve emailed today to request a full refund so that I can shop elsewhere. My daughters first pony lesson was somewhat spoiled by not having the correct attire and at this rate, it looks like her second lesson will go the same way. I did receive a reply the same day saying they would organise a refund.

Update: The day before my daughter’s second lesson (25 july) I went out and bought the tights required in person. I had still received no items or refund.

On the 26th July a pair of tights were delivered while we were out. I’m in the process of returning these where I hope to be given a full refund. The return label supplied requires me to drop the items at a post office instead of being collected which adds yet more inconvenience.

Ordered a week ago, At the time of ordering I said 3 items would be delivered next day and one would be on the 3rd July however a week later and no items. I emailed and they tried saying that has sent it but no tracking number ever received, tried saying it would have gone to junk, checked and no email from then with tracking. They then said they would sent a replacement(even though it was clear they hadn’t sent the first one, and said if I get two lots of my order arrived to send the extra back to them) however I’ve not received anything still. Failed to provided me with any tracking numbers and now ignoring my emails.
Happy to take your money yet don’t come through the with goods!!

9/07-After speaking via email with them yesterday they assured me they would put through my order as a matter of urgency after changing to a different size mask as they said original one I ordered was no longer in stock and informed me a email would follow with tracking details, kepted an eye on my emails and junk folder and never received the email with dispatch/tracking details. Awful service giving you false hope they have rectified their mistake after trying to blame courier for a parcel they never send to begin with.

I needed a product very quickly and ordered after 4pm on a Friday afternoon. I emailed customer service hoping but not expecting them to be able to ship the product till Monday. I could not believe it arrived at lunchtime Sunday with emails from the company updating me on a Sunday. This is going above and beyond. Thank you so much

I wasn't looking for equestrian products, but I did find some nice waterproof yard boots on their website that would fit my gardening needs. I found every aspect of Just Horse Riders as the perfect company to deal with. They are very professional and efficient including speedy delivery, and their prices are really competitive. A fault developed on one of the boots and they acted on it within an hour of me reporting it by email and the issue was resolved immediately. Their customer service is first class and they really do care about their customers. I definitely recommend using them and I hope to be a repeat customer. Thank you for your help :-)

Quick delivery but the Over reach boots did not fit. Sent back for a refund. The company did not refund delivery postage until I had emailed twice. Very disappointed the delivery postage was not automatically refunded and I had to mention the distance selling laws before I got it.

Fantastic service! Ordered a lovely numnah which arrived the very next day!!! I had to phone too as my phone defaulted to old address, super helpful staff changed it immediately. Ordered multiple times over the years and on a mistake on the last order I’ve honestly never spoken to such friendly/helpful customer service about returns. They’re awesome.
