I ordered a Lehenga for a wedding in December that never arrived. I sent an email and called customer service but they never responded. I did finally receive a notification that some issues were happening in their customer service department and I did end up getting a full refund. I will admit it was frustrating at first, but I do understand issues do come up. I was happy they were able to give me a full refund.

So many options to choose from, high quality clothing, and great check out experience - I will definitely be shopping from karma place again in the future.
What a great site for home decor.
This site was referred to me by a friend. I was in search of bedding and other items for my home. I decided to order the Paisley Bedding set. The blue color and designs complimented by bedroom nicely. I also purchased a set of ceramic cups for my kitchen. Let's just say my house guests give me a lot compliments.

I am happy at all with the contact. Order was accepted but items not available. Then the items received where too small which I requested a return. You provided the return address and rejected replacing my items with larger size. Bad experience.

The fabric of the clothes are so nice!

What I got was: complete crap
What I got was:
1- not as pictured at all
2- despite ordering custom sizing 2-3 sizes too large.
3- the lehenga skirt is poorly made on top and has a huge gaping hole when I try to close it to wear
Completely unwearable item. And they have not responded to any of my emails requesting help.

Products were perfect. As is in the picture. Overall a good experience except the shipping part. There was a mistake from their side while entering the address with DHL. So once it was shipped,me as a customer had to deal with the DHL guys and Karmaplace didn’t recheck nor follow up from their side.

Order not delivered yet
Order not delivered yet, as promised (before Diwali). No Customer call-in help number, No communication of the Status communicated ever until I emailed and asked for Status. Even after order cancelation over a week back from 10/Nov, Karmaplace is planning to ship order, which is of no use post Diwali. They just want to push the order thru. and not pay my money back now.
The items I ordered didn't fit
The items I ordered didn't fit. They arrived in good condition and delivery was on time. I ordered four saree blouses and as I feared might happen, not a single one fit well. I even ordered the stretchy pull on variety, which I thought would have a better chance of fitting. One gold stretch blouse is not sized correctly as I could not even get the XL over my bust. The other black XL fit comfortably on the shoulders and bust but is so short that it barely covers my bra underwire. The two fitted blouses (42) will both need some alterations to try to get them to fit me better, but I can hopefully make the alterations to get them to fit correctly. I expected the fitted blouses might need alteration, but I'm surprised the stretch blouses didn't work out.
Don't buy from here. Hold on to your money. Or else they will.
I made the mistake of ordering from Karmaplace before checking out their reviews on Trustpilot. I was hoping to get some new kurtas for Diwali 2021. Suffice to say that I will not order from them again.
As noted in several other reviews, there was ZERO communication about my order after it was confirmed. Two weeks went by and there was absolutely no update about my order. Calling their customer support line was futile since I was always asked to leave a message - makes one wonder if there are indeed executives manning the phone lines.
The online chatbot tool on their website ALWAYS claims that they are offline, so you can only leave a message, which creates a ticket. You cannot access this ticket (even though you have a link to it) since it is within their internal systems.
Finally, after more than two weeks of trying to get an update, I lost my patience and sent a sternly-worded email to their email address, notifying them that I would file an Item Not Received (INR) claim with Paypal.
It seems that the risk of losing income finally spurred their team into action - I received a response a day later that my items were "already ready for dispatch" and "There were some delays because your product was failed in quality check from our QC Department." They noted that I would receive a tracking number in 48 hours. To their credit, I did receive a DHL tracking number after 48 hours.
By this point, they had missed their delivery date by a wide margin - i placed my order on Oct 17 since their website promised a delivery date between Oct 26 and Oct 30. It took until 10/30 to get back any sort of response from them, and my order was eventually shipped only on Nov 2. My order was delivered on Nov 5 (a full week after the latest delivery date promised by their website), which meant I could not wear any of these kurtas for Diwali 2021.
As for the outfits themselves, they are a tad overpriced. The more expensive items do have better materials, but the cheaper ones are clearly of a synthetic fibre. Despite the fact that I ordered all of the items in the same size, only one of them is actually a good fit for me. That said, the images on the website are a good representation of the actual product.
Thus, I will be attempting to return some of the items I ordered. It remains to be seen how responsive they are, and how frustration free the process is. If you haven't noticed, here's what you should know about their return process:
- PRO: You ship returns to a US address
- CON: Customer pays for return shipping
- CON: In general return cases, you will only receive store credit, so you are forced to purchase from them again
- CON: You must contact them for returns within 7 days (I assume this is from date of delivery - the wording on the website is unclear)
My apologies for such a long review/rant. Hopefully this helps future customers in their purchase decision.
Oh, and if it wasn't obvious that their ordering process is a JOKE, I received an email stating that my items are "on the way" as I write this scathing review. LOL.

Update #1: I created a return request on Nov 8 and received an automatic response stating that my request would be reviewed and further instructions would follow in a separate email. It has been just over a week now and there has been no communication. I just sent an email requesting an update.

Great product.
Readymade Blouse
I purchased readymade blouses. Very well crafted with a lot of cloth in the seams for alterations. Sizing was good. Best part is that the closures are sturdy and not attached with a flimsy thread. Shipping was as expected and packaging was very good. Five stars.
Extremely disappointed
Order was supposed deliver between Oct 19 - Oct 23. Even I raised a ticket on Oct 21st but still not received any response and not even a single communication from the team regarding current status of the order.. Only email I received was your order is confirmed.
I was planning to wear those clothes on upcoming Deepavali festival which I think is not going to happen..
Never ever going to Order in future and also spreading the word about their mismanagement of timelines promised and poor communication or Zero/no communication at all about your order
