I emailed orders and customer support also texted 6 TIMES and not one person got back to me!! I asked for a refund 5 TIMES and was ignored!!! Now all of a sudden a month later my order is shipping! I WILL NEVEEEEER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! And I will be letting others know onc every reviewing platform to not order from this scamming company!!

Terrible customer service! Actually, I don't think customer service exists with this company. I've left several voicemails(no one ever picks up) and sent a few emails, all unanswered. At this point, I'm not confident that the items I ordered will arrive. If however, my items don't arrive as promised and they refuse to send me a refund, I'll report their charges as fraud with my CC. I'll also report them to the BBB.

Their glowing reviews on sitejabber.com and trustpilot.com are obviously fake. Appears Karmaplace has paid this dude with different accounts to write these reviews.

Extremely dissatisfied at this point on lack of response or communication. After several emails, calls, text, absolutely no response or status update. Still waiting for a response to exchange size. Did measurement according to their website, still came out too small. I ordered these for an event thats going to happen in less than 2 weeks. original order date was more than a month ago. I'll never buy from this site again.

We ordered a linen Kurta set. The material of the Kurta we got is a smooth from outside and coarse inside. I had suspicion that the material is synthetic - I took a thread and put it on flame and it burned down in an instant - which cotton will not do. That was disappointing. The design is good - the color has a variation from the actual website - that I understand - variation always happens.
Other than this the company is very efficient - kept me in the loop of the transit. Only if the material would have been as promised I would have given a 5 star.

Pros - easy to navigate website and product is delivered. Quality is average in relation to the price.
Cons - very poor communication, package was torn when delivered. Wish someone communicated back to us.

The Lehanga is beautiful but does not fit even though I measured and used your chart. The skirt is too big and the top is too small. Also the scarf has a large stain on it. I requested a return merchandise number shortly after receiving the dress but never got it. I will be returning the Lehenga and have disputed the payment with my credit card company.

The Kathak 3-Line 16 No. Brass Ghungroo on was promptly shipped, and when it arrived I was pleased with the high quality and craftmanship of the Ghungroo. A++

I would give a zero if I could. I requested a return label a week ago and have no one has responded. We also left a voice message. The quality is cheap and not like the photos. They sent me the wrong size as well. Never again l.

Pretty disappointed in the quality of the items received. Look great in pictures, super thin (like see through) and not really wearable in life. Every garment I got does not work for me, so all wasted. The sandals I got, I hope I can make work. Due to my travel schedule, I was not around to try to do a return within the 7 day timeframe (plus things arrived in different packages at different times, so not sure what would have worked?) One star added because at least there IS a return policy, and a US based return center which would help. Definitely not gambling on this site again.

I am so impressed and so happy with the piece that I received from Karmaplace. I bought a gold mangalsutra to test Karmaplace since I never bought from them previously and I bought from other places and never received my purchase. I admit that I was a little impatient. I learned that I need to be patient because the product is so beautiful that it is worth the wait. This piece is so affordable and it looks like it was made for me. So happy that I get to wear such a gorgeous piece the rest of my life. Ty Karmaplace and ty to the craftsman that created this piece I will definitely treasure. I will for sure buy my wedding set from them. :)
