The delivery service of our sofa was spot on from the updates of the delivery times to the actual delivery itself. Our sofa was delivered by 3 very polite, professional, and conscientious lads Kami, Nathan, and Sam. Thank you. I would definitely recommend KC Sofas for anyone wanting a first-class service from start to finish.

KC Sofa’s at Lincoln were great when we were looking to buy. Happy to leave us to look around but offered good advice on size & styles. Sofas have arrived & we love them. Very competitive prices & delivery guys were also super helpful.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. The delivery team, Tyler and I think Nathan (?) were considerate, efficient and friendly. Top notch.

Great choice of settees and first class staff.

From sales to delivery it was all good. The only issue I had was that I could not choose my delivery time/day. The delivery guys were very efficient and pleasant, Kami, Nath and Sam.

We recently purchased a sofa from KC sofas in Castleford and couldn't be happier with the sofa and service we received. A special thank you to Joao and the team who provided outstanding customer care from start to finish. Would defiantly recommend

Showroom is exceptionally neat, you can tell they have pride in their workplace, the staff are polite, helpful and friendly, I didn`t want a manual recliner chair but wanted a single chair to match the lazyboy i was buying, few phone calls later and an electric recliner was found in another store, superb place to get your sofa
