Great service from start to finish ! This is my second review and I would like to thank the delivery team - kami - nath & sam for their excellent work delivering my sofa in challenging access conditions- they did a great job ! Thanks again .

We visited the Barnsley showroom and dealt with Joanne who was fantastic! There was no pressure, and she went through all the options with us, helping us build our dream sofa. Joanne was so friendly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

My experience started wit Dean not at all pushy waited for me to make my mind up. Helped by showing the difference between the two styles I was looking at. Then when it was delivered by Nath and Tylersuch pleasant young men nothing was too much trouble for them. Great service all round .

Great service from start to finish!
We ordered a 4 seater, 2 seater and a love seat in the Fantasy range, from the Worksop branch.
We were kept up to date on the delivery times, which were exactly as stated in the store.
The sofas exceed expectations. The colours are fantastic, and match my room decor very well. They're extremely comfortable, and they look amazing!
The delivery guys (Nath, Kami & Sam) were great too. They set the sofas up exactly where I wanted them. They were very polite, very quick, and very professional too. A real credit to the company.
All in all, a great purchase, and we'd highly recommend you to all.

Service in store from Steve was excellent. He asked what we were looking for and gave advice. As majority of sofas were upstairs, he ensured that my husband was able to use the stairlift. He was extremely knowledgeable about each sofa we looked at.
The delivery was just as excellent. Nath & Kami were very careful bringing the furniture in, legs were put on quickly and they removed all packaging.

It was a pleasure to receive such good service from start to finish. There was plenty of helpful advice and information without any pushy sales pitch and everything went exactly as expected. The booking of delivery was very good and staff extremely accommodating. The delivery itself was faultless, Kami and Sam are very competent and a credit to the business. A lovely experience, which made a very refreshing change. Thank you to all concerned :)

Staff were very helpful in the sofa shop explaining the billing process but also in helping me choose the right sofa and right colour. The delivery staff were also very nice and got on with the job with no messing! They came in and asked where I would like the sofa putting and listen well. Thank you KC sofas. Beautiful furniture and just very nice people good service

Bought a sofa in October 2024, the sofa started slightly creaking and then dipping down in less than a year.. I got in touch with KC sofas but the sofas only have a years warranty (now I know why)
I would have contacted them sooner but I had my first baby in July 2025 so had a lot on my plate. Anyway we had taken out the 5 years cover KC SOFAS sells so thought it would be fine, opened a claim with the company that does the cover in Feb 2026, it’s now mid way through may and our sofa is still broken, we have had two engineers out, one confirmed the way the sofa has been made it was always going to break sooner or later (good to know and clearly shows not good quality)
The sofa has got so much worse since we opened the claim with stainguard and sounds like it’s on the brink of collapse… it’s not even 2 years old which is ridiculous! So for 4 months we have only been able to use half the sofa (it’s a large corner sofa) and we have a baby which has made things so hard for us

I am fuming as I referred my sister to this company as well who bought the same sofa as me, I was referring my mum but have told her to stay away if this is the length of life you can expect from the sofas they sell. Really disappointed because the staff were wonderful when we bought.

I have now had a reply from KC sofas and basically have said not their problem it’s outside the year warranty… if you want to spend thousands of pounds on a sofa for it not to last a year and a half then go to this company

We love our new sofas and are so pleased with the service provided by KC Sofas. From stepping foot into the showroom up to delivery, the delivery team, Nathan and Tyler called before arrival, arrived on time and handled the delivery with the utmost professionalism. They were polite, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the process, ensuring the sofa was safely positioned without any hassle. They even position and plumped the cushions :) Exceptional service, mum was in and said they were so helpful and lovely! highly recommended! Thank you x

Visited the Lincoln store where we were warmly greeted and explained what we were looking for. Found just what we wanted, simple ordering process and sofas delivered on time. They were brought in and assembled by Tyler and Noah who did a great job. We would recommend KC Sofas to our friends and have done so already.
