Thank you so much Kendrick for supporting us in buying a new home at Coopers Chase! It means so much to our family and we are so grateful for all the support we are receiving. Lucie is an absolute superstar and has and continues to go above and beyond…we can’t thank you enough.

We have recently moved into a Kendrick home in Shrewsbury. The whole experience has been 5*. The site manager, Simon and Meryl the sales manager have been amazing. Their dedication and commitment cannot be faulted.
We would like to thank them both and the team for all their hard work.

It was a very straight forward move, once moving in if there was any problems whether it was little or big Site Manager Simon would be there straight away to ge them sorted nothing was to much for him can't fault him and the others he got in to sort the faults out we found loving living here it's a lovely house,
Also meryl was amazing sorting the house out for us from showing us around to choosing the kitchen and tile etc highly recommend Kendrick homes amazing from start to finish

We are delighted to be buying a new Kendrick home at Coopers Chase. From our initial discussions with Adam in March and the site foreman Damien in May to more recent support from Lucie we have been very impressed with the overall level of professionalism and guidance we have received.
So far the whole process has been exceptional and with Kendrick’s support our daughter will also be buying a property at Coopers Chase.
Everyone at Kendrick Homes works towards delivering the right outcomes for their customers which say’s a great deal about the integrity and quality of the company.

A very successful session with Lucie Langford and Encarda Garrido at the Kendrick Welford site this weekend.
Professional and well informed, we were happy to make home reservation with them this afternoon.

Lucie is amazing! Can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for us, start to finish. She has gone above and beyond to make our Kendrick journey 5 star! We couldn’t have done it without her. From our first welcoming meeting to moving in day, Lucie has honestly made this process feel a lot easier and been incredibly helpful. I wish everyone could have a Lucie, she gets things done.

Live in a property next door to a new Kendrick Home site and due to the levels on their site being lower than our garden, they have built a supporting wall, very helpful and excellent workmanship.

My partner and I would like to thank everyone at Kendrick Homes who helped us with the purchase of our new home, as we've had an excellent and professional experience from start to finish.

We would especially like to thank Jessica Barclay who dealt with us and was there every step of the way, being there when we needed help and was always willing to talk and keep us up to date with how things were going, working hard in the background liaising with all parties involved, she is an absolute star!

We would also like to mention Mike the area manager, and Megan, who happily showed us around during our progression tours, and talked us through everything we needed to know about our new home when we picked up the keys, and have continued to check up and make us feel humbled and at home.

My partner and I bought one of the two bedroom Cloverleys which we think has been very well built, we especially love the interior and how efficient everything is. We have only been here a few months and already we think we have found our forever home!

Having chosen Kendrick to be our new home builder, we do not regret the choice at all!

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with sales representative Lucie over the last few months, who helped and advised us every step of the way, all the way up to moving day and beyond! Her open and honest approach was refreshing!

We also worked with site Manger Mike along the way, who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything he could to us and continues to pop round each day to make sure we are okay.

Our house has been finished to a very high standard, we are extremely happy with it, nothing was too difficult for Kendrick to do, any request we had was met constructively with the desire to be able to do it.

We LOVE our new home, thank so you much Kendrick and the team.

What an absolute asset to Kendrick Homes!
From start to finish we cannot recommend highly enough the service we have had from Lucie Langford. We have been completely impressed by her friendly & professional customer service and how she goes above and beyond for customers. Buying a house and the waiting game for a moving date is extremely stressful but Lucie has chased, pushed and pushed again all the professionals in our chain to achieve our house move this week. Couldn’t have done it without her. Can’t wait to empty all the boxes in our lovely new home. A huge thanks to Lucie and Team Kendrick.

We needed to move closer to our daughter in case of our getting older and relying of her support. We were told to purchase a 'new build' to ensure that we had no problems with 'jobs' being done. After searching the area we wanted we located Laureate Ley. It was raining, so my wife stayed in the car whist I visited the sales office to try to get some details. Beryl gave me a memory stick and the sales pitch, including the chance to look round the show house, which I declined as it was raining. I left promising to study the information. When I got back to the car, my wife had decided that she liked the layout of the site and we would study the details and book a viewing. Best thing we could have done. Our next visit convinced us both that the design and layout of the site was perfect, and after looking round a show house aske Meryl to give us a reason NOT to purchase. We were convinced to buy. From that moment on we were helped in every way to achieve the purchase of our perfect house. We have been helped all the way with both Simon, site manager and Beryl to settle in and are most content. Best move we ever made.

I wanted to put a review on especially and only for the sales process we have experienced with the sales agent at Kendrick homes Coventry. Lucie Langford was both professional but friendly and informative , she gave us time on our own to view the show home and gave us time to ask lots of questions. Lucie kept in contact with us throughout the buying process being our contact for Kendrick homes and continues to support having moved in and been here for several weeks. Having never bought a new home before Lucie made the process easier . She is a true asset and representative for Kendrick homes

Kendrick Homes design and build beautiful homes. From the off, the Sales Agent, Meryl, was helpful throughout, including genuinely working with us to sell our old home during COVID lockdown which wasn't easy! Because we did not have a preview before completion, our snag list was only created after we completed and submitted to Kendrick. It helps that Kendrick Homes let homeowners use a dynamic, reliable online platform ClixFix, to manage snags which is transparent to both parties 24-7. To Kendrick's credit, ALL our identified snags have been resolved bar one or two that currently remain work-in-progress. Neil and Angie who manages ClixFix are always responsive and helpful.

Top service on site, both site manager and sales representative are very helpful.

We have been in our Kendrick Home for seven years now and a couple of issues have arisen. Neil from Kendrick’s has been invaluable at solving the problems and committed to getting them fixed, which is fantastic and not something we expected given the timeframe.

We moved in October last year, since then the site manager Simon has always been extremely helpful. Simon always goes above and beyond to take care of myself and neighbours.

Myself and my partner Wayne would like to say that we both think our house is absolutely stunning and we are so delighted to have it as our family home. We think the finish and attention to detail is second to none and you really are raising the bar for new build homes and we are so happy we chose to buy our house with Kendrick Homes! Also wanted to add that Lucie Langford has been amazing throughout the whole process and such a breath of fresh air to work with and really does a great job representing your company!

She was extremely helpful with everything.
