Me and my partner are in the process of buying a property from Kendrick Homes/Sheldon Bosley Knight and we have dealt with an individual sales negotiator called Lucie Langford. We have nothing but praise to say about her, there was no pressure whatsoever on viewing the property and also helped us massively with solicitor fees which is a massive help. I was so impressed with Angie at Kendrick’s today. I need a couple of extra patio slabs and needed to a) know what make they were b) where I could source them. I sent Angie a msg and she replied instantly with the info I needed.
However as I only need a small quantity (4) I was struggling to source them locally. Angie called me back today and let me know she’d sourced 4 for me and they’d be dropped next week. Brilliant service and Angie went above and beyond for me - thank you!!

The buying process went very smoothly. Many thanks to Kasia for her help and support throughout. Site Manager, Steve, and Customer Services Manager, Neil, have been proactive in resolving snagging issues that seem to arise in any new build house. Overall our experience with Kendrick Homes has been a positive one.

Buying our new home was an absolute dream, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Meryl, our Sales Advisor and Simon, the site manager. Throughout this process, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Meryl was an absolute delight to work with. Her knowledge of the market and keen understanding of our needs helped us feel secure in our decision, especially as it was our first time buying. She guided us through every step of the process with patience and enthusiasm, making what could have been a stressful experience completely stress-free.

Simon's attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of our new home. He has always been available to address any questions or concerns we had, and his professionalism and expertise made us feel confident throughout the entire process. His dedication to ensuring everything was perfect truly exceeded our expectations.

I would like to complement Angela for her exceptional customer service. My wife and I bought a Kendricks house six years ago, which we are very pleased with. Recently, a soft closing toilet seat broke. I couldn't find a replacement seat for the design so contacted Angela asking for information about how to obtain a replacement. She not only managed to source one for me but also arranged for it to be delivered to our house. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. Many thanks.

It is really very sad for Kendrick Homes to argue the way you are on review that you don’t like.

An apology and rectifying the problem would be the best way rather than taking this passive aggressive which follows the call from the after sales manager shouting down a mobile, forgetting that he is speaking to a customer, and demanding that this review be updated and improved.

After a great start with Kendrick Homes we have hit a brick wall of poor service and no response.

We moved into our penthouse at the end of January and discovered a hole behind the mirror in the en-suite. The mirror was also set to high so couldn’t be used. This was handed over as an issue on the day of completion and over 6 weeks later the electrician finally arrived to resolve the problem. What a rude man - and as his company that created the problem - we don’t expect this to be the approach. He lowered the mirror in the wrong position because there is a gaping hole where the mirror should actually be attached and the light now no longer works at all.

Kendrick Homes are now no longer even responding to us via any method and we have an even bigger hole on the wall of a bathroom before.

Very sad that they take a positive experience and react in this way. The wall needs to be cut out, replaced, and fully repaired before the mirror is correctly positioned. What a shame that this is the situation and that they allowed this room to be handed over in the state that it is in.

The decorating issue has been now put on hold full-stop because we couldn’t do the day they wanted us to have work done. Goodness me Kendrick Homes !! That I can’t do the day you want - it’s not a building site anymore it’s our home !!

We had a great experience with Kendrick Homes. Kasia has been supportive and helpful throughout the purchase process & Steve gave a very detailed home tour just before completion which was brilliant. We only moved in a week ago but so far any small issues or questions have been answered/resolved extremely quickly. Prior to viewing a Kendrick home we had always said that we would steer clear of new build developments but the thoughtful design and quality of materials when we saw this house quickly changed our mind. Very happy overall.

I was faced with a warm welcome from Meryl when I arrived on site, she was friendly and walked me through the whole process, and also very patient when I changed my mind on a few occasions when choosing the kitchen!.

Prior to moving in I faced a few issues, however, this was dealt with in an efficient manner by the site manager Dave, who ensured that my moving in date went as smoothly as possible. I had some snagging issues, which is to be expected in a new build and these were again resolved very quickly. Any ongoing support has been quickly resolved by Angela and Peter.

We have moved into our new Kendrick Home at Newton Grange, Coventry today. From the start they have been amazing, the experience of buying a new house couldnt have been better! The move in day today has been a truly magical experience, all of the team on site have really gone the extra mile to make it special, nothing is too much trouble and their attentiveness and attention to detail made today effortless. We bought our Kendrick home almost 5 years ago, we found the whole process from meeting Meryl the sales lady to moving into our new house 1st class. We were in constant touch with the site manager Neil Bennett from the time we paid the deposit up to when we moved in and all the way until he left site which I believe was several months after we had moved in.

The appliances, kitchen units and sanitary products were I believe much better then any other new homes that we had visited while looking for a property.

This house I believe is our forever home and exactly what we were looking for. We have no reason to think that we would move from here but if that were to happen my first call would be to look at Kendrick developments

We moved into our new house early July while the site was still in full construction.
The house was finished to a very high standard, and the few items that needed attention were dealt with by the Kendricks on site team of Stan and Damien. Both have been fantastic. They went the extra mile to help us settle into the new house and make our life easier despite all the work around the site. Also, all the different contractors did a great job in accommodating us and making sure they kept disruption to a minimum.
The only disappointment was that, despite being told different, we were not allowed to visit the site during the construction phase. It was a missed opportunity to provide us with a good customer experience.
On a side note, we are very happy with our new neighbors!

Merryl and Simon have been fantastic throughout the whole process. They have always been easy to contact for information and have been a pleasure to help us buy our first home. We are ecstatic about how our new home looks and very pleased with the job that Kendricks have done. They have assured us that any jobs that are not up to scratch will be sorted and they have lived up to that with minor jobs around the house. All in all the house is fantastic and we are very happy. Would recommend Kendricks homes to others just based on how brilliant the experience has been of buying this home.

We moved in a few months back. These are high spec houses. This review is exclusively for the efforts put in by the after sales team to sort out our snagging list. Stan and Damien have been truly excellent. Very friendly and easy to approach at all times. We have had a few good laughs. I would like to commend the high quality work done by Liam (the electrician), the tiler, Ben (the plasterer), Sim (the plumber) and the carpenters. There are still snags to be ticked off the list (works on the exterior of the house in particular) and I am hopeful it would all be sorted!

We are very happy with Kendrick Homes so far. We have moved to our new house only a few weeks ago so there are still some works and snagging to be done but the pre sales care was outstanding. The communication was great and Kendrick Homes were even happy to make many alterations for us. We were able to visit the site several times during the building stage and the site manager and his team were always very welcoming and helpful, they would always go above and beyond your expectations.
We will update with an after sales review when all of the snagging is completed.

We have had the most amazing experience buying with Kendrick homes. Simon have gone above and beyond ensuring that I move into a fabulous home. Just moved into my brand new apartment. From viewing right through to follow up customer care all the staff have been professional, responsive and extremely helpful. I have been really impressed by the finish on the apartment, and the few small teething issues have been dealt with very quickly and professionally. Great thought and care have been given to the design and fitting of the apartment and I have not been disappointed having expected a high level of fittings and customer care. Many thanks to all who quickly secured my apartment, during a very quick completion I am delighted with my new home.
