I bought over many years without issue. A recent order had most books damaged due to imadequate packaging and it took ages to resolve as CS did not respond. Against my better judgement I ordered again... Toon meer

I love Kennys
I love Kennys! A small Irish company, with a great range, and with a soul - unlike awful faceless conglomerates like book repository (Amazon owned). Look - delivery can be a little slow but I am willing to wait a couple extra days to support Irish jobs.

Prices fair but slow delivery and damaged.
I live in ireland and it took 12 days and an email to receive my book. After one week it hadn't moved on from processing stage so I emailed them and received a response saying it was to be shipped that day. It still took five days to come to me and I never received an email when it moved out of processing stage.
The book itself was fairly priced however the spine is damaged and there is a stain on the bottom.

Hi I ordered off you a few weeks ago book came and I was very pleased. I then ordered another one for 17.95 it came and I am very disappointed it’s in terrible condition the pages are so stained and it also had a sticker on it for 3 euro and yet I payed 17.95 I will not be ordering again unless satisfied about this order.

Good customer service
Good customer service, I contacted them and they quickly solved my problem. Sometimes delivery can be a bit slow (from Ireland to Spain) because of the vicissitudes of international mail but the products were always as described (sometimes I've bought brand-new books from them, other times second-hand)

Ordered and paid for books on the 20th…
Ordered and paid for books on the 20th of May and by the 7th of June nothing had showed up, no communications from them either. I think they sell books that they don't actually have in stock. I received an apology with promises to sort it out. Next day a different person emailed me to say the book wasn't available. Well it is on ABE books and Amazon also which is where I'll be going from now on. Very unhappy with the service.

It took almost 8 weeks for the book to be delivered from Ireland to Denmark. That is far too slow. I asked for a status 3 times and the last time they didn't ever bother to reply.

Way, way too slow
Ordered a book that was described as located in Ireland(my country). A week went by before it was shipped. This company is way, way too slow

I have just placed an order on Kennys website. Everything looks OK.
They are specialized in Book, so no problem. Not like some Fish in the Pond website over there.
They have the best price for shipping around the world. (Yeah~ I do not mentioned those countries like U.S.A, Canada, England... . I talked about us, the rest of the world)
Looking forward to the book anyway ^_^

Unhappy customer
The book I ordered didn’t arrive in a new condition, even though they said it was new. They blamed the Spanish post for this- the packet had a bit of a hole in it and the spine of the book was scraped. They offered a refund of 15% instead of offering to send me a copy of the same book in a new condition. I declined the refund offer and won't use them again and do not recommend using them.
