Thank you for your feedback. We have raised your comments with our team, particularly around Trip IDs failing when there is a price difference on rail bookings.
We understand how frustrating this can be and, importantly, the additional work it can create for bookers. As availability and pricing are live, fares can sometimes change during the booking process before a flight is held or a rail booking is confirmed. However, we appreciate that repeated Trip ID failures can make the booking experience more difficult.

Good explanation of options
During discussion over the phone I was given good, clear explanations on the flight ticket options and prices. And some helpful insights on airline and ticketing practices. My booking was made smoothly and additional help was given to clarify an existing booking.

Frequent flyer numbers can be added when booking. If you have a traveller profile, you can save your frequent flyer details there and they should automatically transfer to applicable bookings. If you do not have a profile, there is also an option to add a frequent flyer number when entering the traveller details.
We are aware of an issue affecting some fares where frequent flyer details do not always transfer correctly. In these cases, they can usually be added directly via the airline’s website, and in the meantime I can confirm our team is working on a fix.

The system is easy to navigate and to make bookings but the interface is a littl awkward
