Horrible customer service. I ordered a gift online. They only sent one to address listed then sent the other to the store. Makes no sense. I contact customer service they basically say too bad I have to drive 3 hours out of my way for it. I will no longer shop there. Never had such bad customer service with any store. If I wanted to drive 3 hours I would have stopped at the store instead of using online. Sooooo dumb

I order an end table called scallop gorgeous but of course coming from China what can you expect. The legs are all chipped the table is not wood is like a paper wood horrible it’s leveled at all what a waist. Never again will I buy furniture from them again

Disturbing behavior from store Manager who got Mad and became Unprofessional
I purchased an art piece on clearance at the Peachtree City location. I received an online notification it was reduced by $40. I then went to the store to ask for credit of this amount.The manager said she could not give credit since it was clearance. I guess when I asked for the corporate contact info she took this as a personal attack. It became apparent when I asked for help looking at another large item, on clearance for $200. She and another salesperson totally ignored me. When I approached her again she became hostile and combative. She walked away, refusing to assist me. Needless to say I will be spending my money elsewhere. It’s unfortunate when managers believe the customer has no right to pursue request. Instead they take it to a personal level.

Don’t order anything online from here. Whether you choose ship to home or store pick up, it will be a disaster. I’ve only received 1 item from my order on 9/2/22. Other items had to be replaced and re-shipped (still waiting), another item was sent to the store. I called and confirmed that the store did have my order ready. Went to the store only for myself and the store manager to realize that Kirklands sent the store a completely wrong item. Not even close. The SKU didn’t match. I ordered a picture/canvas art piece. Kirklands shipped a vase instead! Even the store said that this happens a lot when you order online. If you like their items, then just go to the store and buy it. Trust me.

I placed an online order for 5 Fall items to pick up at store -Primrose store in Springfield MO. 9/24/2022.
I went to pick it up about an hour later, with a 28 minute drive I felt the order would or should be ready with just 5 small items. I approached the counter, a young lady named HEATHER took my order # and then stated my order wasn't ready for pick up yet. I ask how long would it take and she very rudely snapped back "however long it takes me to fill the order!"... I said okay, I will browse around a bit, so I did to kill some time. About 15 minutes later, there were 3 clerks standing and laughing and chit chatting amongst themselves and making no efforts to get my order filled so I decided to cancel my order. Heather acted very happy that I had canceled my order. I walked out of the store with my reciept in hand, got to my vehicle and I then recieved notice of the order being ready for pickup! They had only canceled 3 of the 5 items. I went back to the store and called for curbside assistance on the order for the 2 items that weren't canceled. The lady could not find my order. I waited for several minutes and finaly left without order or ever seeing anyone come out to assist the situation. Heather was very rude, and had poor customer service skills. She was very unfriendly, poor in attitude and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with service there.
Horrible customer service & damaged items
I ordered a lamp set & another lamp on my order. The set was delivered without one of the shades & the additional lamp, that was delivered separately, was received damaged. I contacted Kirklands, to address the issues, however I was unable to get anyone to respond. Out of frustration, I decided to take all 3 lamps back to the store for a refund. I will not order from this company again, with bad customer service & inferior order quality & delivery, it's not worth my time trying to get anything resolved.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. I’ve been waiting for an online delivery I need as soon as possible to meet a deadline. Kirklands states their deliveries will occur within 7 to 9 days and it’s been almost 2 weeks and Kirklands has not even gotten it to the shipper. They are 100% unwilling to assist with checking into the delay. They are very quick to offer a refund which is not helpful when the item is needed as soon as possible. They are unhelpful and rude. I understand delays occur but to not be willing to even check into the delay is unacceptable. This is my first time ordering from Kirklands and I won’t order from them again.

Items arrived broken or were not included in order at all. Everything ships separately and trickles in. Items cannot be returned to local store and Customer Service is slow to respond.

Horrible customer service! Bought a lamp online got to Kirkland’s only to see it was a different color . The email lady TINA F was horrible . She kept putting problem resolved on our emails only it wasn’t and she could’ve cared less . I had to drive an hr to pick this up to get the wrong item and be told just take it back . Lady you pay for my gas and time then !

Pick up almost any item in the store, turn it over, almost every item is made in commie China. No thank you!! Never going back again!!
Distressed or dirty but definitely not white
I had been eyeing a solar stool for a few weeks and when it went on sale, along with a discount I had, I figured I would go ahead and make the purchase. I purchased what I thought was going to be a WHITE stool. I purchased online for an in store pick up. It was already in the bag when I picked it up so I didn't actually look at it until the next day. @Kirklands should be ashamed of themselves for selling this! I literally went back online to make sure no where in the description it read "distressed" or "off white". No, the picture and description was white. Well what I got looked old and dirty. I can't believe someone actually put that in a bag and sold it. The only reason I kept it was because I knew I could spend another $5 on some "WHITE" spray paint and turn it into the color it was purported to be. #verydisappointedinkirklands

Terrible customer service! No understanding!
My first time ordering. My order didn’t come and didn’t come. Called customer service, could not do anything for 15 business days. Finally they told me I would have to reorder. The price had gone up $50. and they would not honor the sale price I originally got. Because we had moved and they would have to send it to a different address they would not honor the price. Same credit card, same person. I am not happy with their customer service. They lost a customer forever before I even got to be a customer. I don’t need to shop there.

The customer service at Kirkland’s completely SUCKS! I placed a $900 order online (most shipped to my home) but because they can’t get their act together 3 items were shipped to the Branson store—2 hours from my home. 1 item was supposedly in stock there, another was canceled, and yet the other “might” ship to that store in a “few weeks.” I was told that one of the items I ordered shipped to the store because it was oversized (a vase) but I also ordered and received a Bench! Really? A small vase can’t ship to my home but a bench can? The customer service employee was rude about the entire situation and absolutely ZERO help. Do Better Kirkland’s!!!
Disreputable company that sells cheap products and censors reviews
I purchased a large canvas wall print from Kirkland’s and was charged an additional $20.00 shipping fee “due to extra care required to deliver this item.” The print arrived damaged with scratches and scrapes, due in part to terrible packaging. The ink rubbed off on the corners and edges of the frame and both sawtooth hangers fell-off when attempting to hang and adjust the print. I wrote a one star review describing my dissatisfaction with both, the product and the additional shipping charge. However Kirkland’s brazenly refused to post the review. Any disreputable, anti-consumer company that chooses to sell cheap products, up-charges for terrible shipping/packaging and then censors accurate negative reviews is unworthy of customer patronage.
WORST customer service ever
WORST customer service ever! I placed an order on 01/02/22 for 5 items to be shipped to my home address. 1 item arrived about a week later, the other 4 identical items were nowhere to be found. I checked later and found out that the 4 items were now being shipped to a store 10 miles away from me, don't know why. After another week, items were never shipped, couldn't locate them, I wanted to cancel the order but couldn't because they were in limbo of not arriving and not received by the store.Customer service couldn't do anything, never order from them again.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They deserve not even 1 star. Got my shipment in the mail and it was the wrong product. Call their customer service and their response is to take pictures of the product and the shipping slip and send an email to the returns where they will take care of it. The customer service person can not make the order right. It’s been 5 days since I initiated the request and still waiting. There is no accountability for a careless error . Person could not even double check what the box indicated it was and compare it to the shipping label. Will never order from this poorly managed company again.
