KitchenKnives.co.uk Reviews

Product variety, quality, pricing and delivery is second to none.

Something not quite right about kitchenknives.co.uk thinking it acceptable to leave a related retail site knives.co.uk fully visible online, displaying an extensive range of products that appear to be available to buy, but aren't. Customers who spend time researching these products and prices, find a long way into the purchasing journey that "this store can't accept payments right now." Contact with the related company trading as kitchenknives.co.uk reveals the site is simply left out there on the internet, presumably to avoid breaking links between old and newer trading sites. Lazy digital management, with absolutely no thought for the waste of customers' time! In answer to my phone inquiry Kitchenknives.co.uk then offer the identical product at a higher price, refusing to honour the "old" price displayed on the "old" website. Take it down then! Have now happily purchased my item elsewhere.

Good offerings, keenly priced, quickly delivered. Top marks 👏👍

Visited the showroom today and was helped by Tom. What a fantastic experience. He was knowledgeable about all the products and advised me accordingly as to what would suit me for my purposes. The showroom is quite small and not fully geared up for customers as I believe this is more of an online business but Tom let us go through a good selection in the shop and then went to the warehouse to get a few (quite a few in truth) more knives and we opted for the most expensive knife in the range. We were dressed scruffy, having arrived at the shop from a camping expedition but were treated like royalty (no, not Andrew, obviously) and I'm so pleased with my purchase.
Great selection, great range of prices and a superb salesman. Thoroughly recommended without hesitation.

Wusthof Ikon Chefs knife - great knife at a great price, delivered bang on time - thank you Kitchen Knives

Placed order online - items were shown as being in stock. Chased up non delivery - 1 week, 2 weeks etc to be told that one item was not in stock although rest of order could presumably have been sent ? Communication very poor and have requested refund. Kitchenknives seems to be part of a group of companies. One of them has an online website which doesn't actually allow you to order. My first and last experience with kitchenknives.co.uk

Excellent knives and great customer service, will definitely use again.

Brilliant communication, great knives, fantastic price. What’s not to like? Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend to family and friends. Well done.

Order is as expected and was quickly delivered. Let's hope Wüsthof IKON will be even better than CLASSIC range.
Many thanks

Fantastic knives, great service and responsible packaging

The efficiency of the company in the rapid dealing and competitive prices

Reduced price on otherwise expensive steel pot. Prompt customer service, Tom was great in resolving the query. Klarna payment option too.

Can’t fault kitchenknives second time using them easy to order knives came when they said they would and the knives are fantastic Thank you kitchenknives

Really easy ordering, paying and then tracking of the item (fabulous price) from start to finish a really great experience

quick delivery, good price/value ratio,
I would have preferred if the age verification would have explained to me prior to making the purchase. Also the link sent for the age verification looked like a phishing email, as it mentioned that credit card details would be kept on file sand used for any transactions in the future. Not cool!

Great company to deal with - wide range, good prices, and useful free gifts with each order too e.g. kitchen scissors. I bought a lovely Demeyere pan from them this time, but have bought Japanese kitchen knives in the past too - all delivered quickly without problems.

Good price and excellent, speedy service. Would purchase from KictchenKnives.co.uk again.

I am very happy with the pepper mill from Peugeot. Beautiful, very good price.
Delivered to me quickly.
5 star service!

Navigation ease through their website and purchasing the products (which are amazing btw) is recommended them to anyone shopping for chef tools & gear.

Gave as a present and husband delighted with them, strong and well made, he’s thrilled with thrm
