Disappointed Loyalty client
I am their client more than 8 years. I bought 3 apartments from them and referred more than 6 friends to their services. When they sold you properties, they followed well. Once you want to sell or the property they sold you can’t finished. They had very bad response and even no follow up. The properties they sold me can’t met the price I bought.

Whilst we are extremely disappointed that you are not happy, after speaking to you at length about the matter, we feel it appropriate to explain to any other customers reading this why we refute this review.
We have been working with you directly for seven years and in this time, you have purchased three properties with us. Two of these properties are saleable, in fact you have already had one of them valued by an estate agent. The third has been affected by the nationwide cladding issue that hit the UK recently. We must point out that the development in question was built to all government safety regulations at the time of build.
The company managing that property is currently going through the application process to have the cladding replaced. Once this has been done then you will be free to sell your apartment on should you choose to do so.

The build quality is very impressive - I am having no issues at all - I cant say the same for other purchases from other developers.
My last purchase was handled by Tom Cooper. I had explained to Tom what I was looking for, and over the next 2-3 months he was in regular contact with some good suggestions. I really felt looked after
I use their internal letting agency - I recommend that also - a real genuine one stop shop

As we have explained, we can confirm that we hold no contact information for you on our system, which means that you have never received any direct communication from Knight Knox. It appears that you may have received a third party marketing email sent out on our behalf by another company. All of the marketing agencies that we work with use databases of people that have opted into marketing communication, and it will be this company that holds your details. As such, it will be that company that you need to unsubscribe from. As explained in the email to you, if you had contacted us directly we could have helped you to identify the publisher and asked them to unsubscribe you on your behalf. Equally, you could have used the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email(s) that you received.

No transparency
While I thought at the beginning that it was a good experience, I realized later that the focus is to get the money out of the investors pocket. I purchased a studio late 2021 that was expected to be completed by Sept 2022, I kept asking KK to confirm if we are on track and they were not telling me the fact which everyone knew except me, that the project is delayed for one full year. I was counting on the rental income to start on the date that was originally given to me. KK claimed that there was no update from the developer which I found hard to believe given that the update I received in July/Aug which came from the developer through KK, indicated that they are working as "already scheduled" for Sept 2023 !!

We appreciate your frustration with the delayed completion date, but we can assure you that our office has always been transparent with you.
You exchanged on this property in November 2021 and both your Property Consultant and our Client Liaison Manager have been in regular contact with you since the start of this year; by email and WhatsApp, providing you with information on the progress of the build that you requested.
We have always passed on the updates that we have received from the Developer. It is only in the recent October update that the Developer gave confirmation of the new anticipated completion date of late August/early September 2023. Prior to this Knight Knox had no instructions on the anticipated completion date.
Earlier in the year we did give you our opinion based on our experience in student projects. We explained that timing the completion of the project with the academic intake is crucial, to ensure that the building is tenanted. If a student development does face delays the Developer would prefer completion for the following academic year’s intake. We provided this insight to be as helpful as we could but it was not the Developers formal update.
As you know Knight Knox are the agent of this site and we rely on information to be passed onto us directly from the Developer. Until we have their formal instructions we cannot speculate on what they are advising us.

We completed our purchase for a one…
We completed our purchase for a one bedroom apartment in BRITIN WORKS, Sheffield The apartment was even much better located and well finished and furnished than we imagined. The building is so beautiful from inside and outside. Even better than seen on pictures. Janet McGovern is an excellent person you can deal with. Whenever we speak to Janet, we feel the assurance, credibility, experience, and honesty. My wife and I were so honored and delighted when we meet with Janet in person this summer after the purchase. We were receiving updates each week until the construction was accomplished. We fully trust Knight Knox through Janet and wishing we could have another smooth purchase through knigtknox like this.

Fantastic pre and post sale service
We could not be happier with the service provided by Janet McGovern. She is very pro-active at understanding what type of property the client may be interested in and raising anything suitable to their attention. Her emails have been exactly what we have been looking for leading us to make 3 purchases with Knight Knox in total now. During lockdown Janet went above and beyond that was expected by visiting one of the properties for me and taking photos so I could get assurance that it was completed before we finalised the legal side. I was very grateful for her help and service.
Naomi West has helped with our most recent purchase, in particular in helping to source a solicitor to do the conveyancing for an off plan purchase as most practices do not currently deal with off-plan. We would recommend anyone to deal with both Naomi and Janet.
