VERY GOOD PRODUCT...UPDATE ON ORDER STATUS COULD BE BETTER

Wrong cover initially sent which takes the review down a little. However, company rectified the rror and the cover fits well and looks good. Time will show the quality, but so far so good.

We ordered a cover for our AFK Cottage Arbour & it was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. It’s just perfect & is great quality. The company’s communication by email & phone was very professional & prompt. I would purchase from them again. You can find cheaper covers, but they’re not tailored to fit this specific arbour. I ordered the grey and it blends in nicely. Thank you.

Quick and efficient delivery and an excellent product

When we ordered a cover for our AFK Cottage garden arbour, we had been looking at much cheaper options on Amazon. Kover-it was over twice the price but it was specifically designed for the make and model and so we ordered it. We had to wait a couple of weeks for the green colour to come back into stock, but they were friendly and informative throughout. I was imagining a light product bag through the post, but a big heavy box arrived. We were amazed at the quality of the thick, waterproof fabric and the smooth, robust zips and clips. It even came with a long piece of thick elastic cord to thread through the eyelets along the bottom. Definitely worth the wait and the expense to get a product that should protect our arbour for years to come.

I ordered a custom-made cover for our garden swing seat (the cover it came with fell to bits in the first winter). The company couldn't have been more helpful, and took great pains to ensure that every measurement was correct, asking for photos to make sure they got it right. We are delighted with the resulting cover, which is a perfect fit, tough and good looking.

Have had a brilliant experience using Kover It. Juliet being extremely helpful and the team doing a superb job in custom making some excellent covers. The quality is top notch and looks the part too! Will absolutely use again, well worth the money if you have anything outside that is worth protecting!

Very good quality cover for my Arbour. Fits very well around a tricky roof shape. Should protect my unit from exposure to coastal weather. Took longer than expected for delivery.
