Superb service and knidness
This is a late review for which, I apologise. It is for Rachel at the York Designer Outlet. I went in to see if they sold individual bag straps. Unfortunately, they didn’t. However, Rachel asked me to wait a minute whilst she checked. She returned with several straps from which, I chose two. She wouldn’t take any payment as they weren’t stock. I couldn’t believe how she had gone out of her way to look for these for me and her generosity. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and have used the straps to upgrade my handbag. What superb service. Thank you Rachel. You are what makes shopping a pleasure.

My experience
This is my 2nd purchase, I’m pleased with the quality and will continue to order but a soon as I ordered my items (I hadn’t even received my package) the slides went on sale. I called for a price adjustment but they said they couldn’t honor it. This will be something I’ll make sure my friends and family are aware of when ordering.

Returns are a pain and take forever to get money refunded all I needed was a size up and it’s going to take weeks for me to receive my money back.

After three tries and moving up a size…
After three tries and moving up a size and a half I finally have shoes that fit. I have purchased the same shoes in the past and I ordered the same size I originally purchased. I ended up having to move up 2 sizes above my normal shoe size. Something is wrong with your sizing. If I didn’t already love the shoes I would have given up.

Big Feet in The Most Beautiful and Comforting Sandals
I ordered a pair of Orson Rope Sandals in light pink. My size is 11. When I opened that box it was so beautiful, and trying them on for the very first time made me cry.
