We had an outdoor gazebo with a tilting roof and automatic transparent side blinds fitted in 2023.

We did a lot of research before purchasing, and this was over twice the price of the nearest competitor's quote. Still, the quality of both the samples we saw and the salespeople's knowledge was in a different stratosphere.

Fitting was a dream; it took many days as it was built on site, not just pre-fabricated. It worked exactly as we had imagined, and the quality was even better than I had believed it would be.

We had an issue about a year later when one of the sides failed to close. One simple call and two days later, an engineer was on-site and showed me how to reset the system if it did it again, which it never did.

This was more than a simple gazebo in the garden; it was an extension to the house, a perfect room from our lounge into the garden, heated in the winter and a wonderful decision to fit. It was used every single day.

Last year, we moved, and the house was sold in a matter of days as the person fell in love with what we had added. The best incentive was that we recouped the entire cost in the sale.

their technical team was very helpful, they send me drawings and explain how the delivery will be like on the lorry. so that i can prepare for the work in advance. the price has been fair, i checked with a few other company. i found Lanai is more transparent on their quotation. lead is similar to others. because the product was coming from abroad. it took 7 weeks to get to us. which i found it is not bad.

After several visit from varies companies we settled with Lani who for us came out top. From the first visit we had a very professional service and any queries we had were soon answered and that made me feel very confident with them.
Put up in March 2025 and it’s amazing.
With the extras of the automatic blinds, fitted lights we have used it constantly and it looks expensive . The guys who came to fit were very professional ,clean workers and made the job look very easy .

From the first consultation to the final installation, the whole process was handled very professionally. Our new veranda looks fantastic and was installed exactly as promised. Communication was clear and reliable throughout.

We had fitted a six metre wide glass veranda with a four metre aspect
Also with fitted lights and electric rectractable blinds in the roof and front six metre wide vertical blind
It’s an absolute knockout and it’s been fitted just over a year now and we have never looked back
It is German engineering at its best and gives us greater usable outside space

Our Lanai Iris louvred 6x4 meter roof was installed 3 years ago. It is a superb piece of engineering, a quality addition to our home. Our outdoor furniture remains dry and usable under the roof all year round. This is a bespoke roof painted in our choice of Ral colours that complement our house. The survey, delivery, installation, were all first class and very professional, the overall quality and functionality of the roof is second to none. We are able to use our south facing patio in all weathers. It is not an exaggeration to say that our wellbeing has been enhanced by our Lanai Outdoor Iris louvred roof.

The quality of workmanship is excellent. The installers were punctual, respectful of our property, and left everything clean and tidy. The glass room feels sturdy and well built.

A fantastic experience from start to end. Angie and the team were incredibly helpful with product selection and went through all the options for the awning we wanted. The product itself is of amazing quality and has worked without issue for some time, and still looks great - no fading, stains or anything like that.

Just saw a 5 year memory on my Facebook of when our 4m by 6m Iris was installed. We have been very pleased with the product and have had many lovely evenings on our terrace. We had electric blinds installed on either side, the act perfectly as a wind break and means we use our outdoor room from March through to October. It’s been a great investment.

We had Lanai replace the old external patio doors that became internal doors between 2 rooms, after we had an extension built with Lanai all Glass sliding doors in 2019. We have been extremely pleased with them as they let 100% light through them into the Dining area. After all this time they work really well as then did when they were installed. With out any maintenance The team at that time removed the old doors, made good all around the new doors and filled in the gap between the 2 rooms to provide a level floor.

This is perhaps the best structure I have experienced!!!
It is beautiful, well made, durable, all guests have commented on it.
I never want to downsize because of the garden with our Lanai structure.

A very sleek looking awning which we love using, whether it’s raining or hot and sunny. It’s like having another room in the fresh air. Very pleased overall.

We looked at several other companies but are pleased with our choice of Lanai.

Had a Weinor awning installed just as we were coming out of lockdown as my garden had zero shade. Lanai were brilliant, from survey to quote to install and the ever personable Angie in the office who seems to remember every customer personally! I had an issue last summer that it wasn’t opening quite properly - within a week they had someone out to take a look, tinkered with the settings and it was back to working perfectly. Can’t recommend Lanai enough for quality and service. I’m saving up for my pergola next.

We decided on a glass room for our garden and are extremely happy with the result. The materials feel solid and high quality, and the installation team worked efficiently and cleanly. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

We moved house a couple of years ago and found the new south facing garden much hotter than expected, some kind of shade was definitely required. LANAI OUTDOOR looked like the answer. The Iris Canopy is much more substantial than similar items available in the garden centres etc. That’s good because we do get some quite windy days too. It is powder coated in a light stone colour and looks very smart on the rear of our new house.The installation was completed in November 2025 so we did not have a lot of time to enjoy it last year, but we are looking forward to making a lot of use of it in 2026.

All the staff were very professional. The veranda was delivered on time Jack & Josh were there to unload and assemble, the glass arrived next day and the team were on site to unload and fit. The assembly team answered any questions we had. All as promised like clockwork, were very pleased with results.
