The efficiency of the install of our Lanai glass roof was amazing. We have just been surveyed for an addition to the original roof as well and both the sales visit and survey were brilliant. Would highly recommend.

We are so pleased with our Lanai Iris outdoor living space, we use it most days throughout spring and summer like us, all of our friends and family love the look and extra space it has given us to entertain.

We had a Lanai Iris garden room installed 2025
We were given an installation date, two days later it was fully installed, the two guys tested all the electronics and gave us a full walk through how to operate the remote controls. Can’t fault the product or workmanship. later we ordered two heaters from them same result in & out four hours. We are so pleased with this product can’t recommend them enough.

Had a motorised awning fitted several years ago. The installation team were excellent - when they first came they realised I needed a much more substantial bracket. They didn't try and bodge the job but made sure the correct system was ordered and we are very happy with the quality of product and how its performed.

Lanai Iris
The structure is quality made from powder coated aluminium and the louvred roof works very smoothly. The fitters were very polite and took away all packaging.
The box gutter leaked when it was first fitted but the fitters came back and sorted that.
Unfortunately it couldn’t be fitted in time to use it last summer but we are looking forward to milder temperatures to sit outside and enjoy the benefits this spring.

We have recently had an Iris Lanai roof installed. It looks gorgeou. It is made bespoke for our space in the patio. The process from design, survey and installation was very professional, all staff involved were very kind. Superb addition to our house.

We ordered a canopy structure for the south facing garden of our new build house in December 2024. We had found it almost impossible to sit out in the first summer after moving in, the brightness and heat of the sun. The powder coated aluminium structure was more expensive than anything else similar we had seen. It is more substantial and stylish, with with remote controlled features and built in rainwater drainage. We are pleased with the installation now that it has been completed. However we did not expect the manufacturing & installation process to take as long as it did. But it is extremely well engineered and a very smart addition to our home.

After considering various options, including a conservatory, I decided to explore a louvered roof canopy from Lanai Outdoors. Andy from Lanai visited me, and after discussing the different options, I chose to have one installed.
This decision has truly transformed how we use our garden.
We no longer worry about the weather affecting our use of the garden. When it rains or gets windy, we can quickly close the electrically operated louvered roof panels and side blinds. Once the inclement weather passes, it only takes 3 to 4 minutes to enjoy our garden space again. Additionally, we can adjust the amount of sunlight entering by altering the louvered roof and side screens.
There is a wide range of frame and screen colours to choose from. The only downside is that each canopy is made to individual specifications, so delivery may take longer than that of a mass-produced product.
Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase, both for the quality of the product itself and for the friendly and efficient personnel involved.

Lanai supplied and fitted a 7m x 3m pagola for us. Fantastic service from start to finish. The quality is exceptional, Josh was brilliant on the instalation, carly and angie were fantastic organising all aspects from start to finish.

Lanai installed an awning for us this summer. Their staff were always courteous and helpful; and the finished product appears first class. There were some annoying, though apparently unavoidable, delays in the delivery of the awning (eventually installed towards the end of August) but we have concluded that all is well that ends well. Lanai customer service kept us informed and, in the end, we are very happy with our dealings with them.

REALLY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING

Cannot express how delighted we are with the outdoor room supplied by Lanai. We had excellent and professional service from their MD Pete and the installer Josh. Both were highly attentive and understanding of our needs and budget. Superb service from an excellent company.

We have just had a Koa retractable canopy installed.

Service was fantastic for sales. We then had some issues with the timings of the order - a number of delays - but understandable as they are made to order etc.

Installation was a little haphazard. There was an issue with the canopy. The installation team were great, and worked hard to sort it out. But didn’t get the work finished and needed to come back on another date.

We called 4 times over 4 days, and keep getting passed to an ‘out of hours service’ who takes our details and says we will be called back.

We then emailed, and got a quicker response, and the installation was complete the following week.

Overall… the product seems fantastic, great quality, looks good etc. the sales team were great, and the installation team were super friendly and worked really hard to sort out a few issues.

The communication lets the business down a little. The phone service is terrible. And so you are left to do business/ timings via email, which can be a bit slow. It’s does all eventually come together, and the product seems v good. So we are now v pleased, just the process could have been smoother.

We didn't even get to have an experience, we called 3 times and were told we were speaking to an 'out of hours service" whatever that means, on the 4th attempt we were told, all I can do is take your details again. Sometimes you need to follow your gut and if this is how they are operating before you've even spoken - its not good.

Just look at their response to our comment, not the type of people we want to work with.
