Very happy with our new Iris, it took longer than initially advised but we were kept informed.

Thanks Lanai for providing a first class new Glass Room and first class customer service. Special thanks to the installers who were great.

Having a space that bridges indoor and outdoor living has been wonderful. The Lanai glass room is used daily regardless of weather.

Chose Lanai for our garden canopy after comparing several companies. The quality and design options were noticeably superior. Particularly appreciated the time spent by their designer explaining the different systems available. We eventually opted for the Sway model which has been perfect for our needs. Installation was completed on schedule and to a high standard.

Well where to start
We ordered the glass room back in May last year the man come to look at where we wanted it to go and said yes that would look really good there and give you a extra room and said you are buying quality and that we would not be disappointed with it so we made the order he said you will not be disappointed it is top quality and the best out there
We had a delivery date for end of September but then it was delivered in November . They tried to fit it when we had bad weather and snow they said they would try and stop as long as they could . We noticed that they was On the phone a lot as they was fitting it there was a problem with the glass he said that the glass was to small and needed to order some more. No one phoned to let us know what was happening so I phoned and they said the glass was On order fist lie I left it a week or so then phoned again this time was told that they was having a meeting about what to do said they would phone to let me know .
Had a email saying that they was going to do a box section I asked what this was and was told that someone would phone me to let me know what it was second lie no one phoned they then decided to go with this box section without us knowing what it was and that they have ordered it so they couldn't have ordered the glass.
I gave it till after Christmas and then phoned again they said that they was still waiting for the part and should be in by end of February. Then a email from them said that a man will be there to finish the installation he is are two man and sort out all the problems
1 fitting the glass
2 sorting out the leaking
3 sorting out the foam filler
He came and fitted one glass panel and sorted the problems with the leaking and said he had a bad back and would be back the following Friday.
The Friday came no one came at this point I was not happy so it took lots of phone calls and I did final get someone to phone me and was told that the van had failed the mot test and that someone should have emailed me I looked at my email and that was at 11 55 not very good when he should have been there at about 9 ish not good enough
He did come back on the Tuesday with another man and they did finish it and it did look nice
I can't say that are experience has been a nice one it has been very stressful and upsetting and difficult when we was promised too quality and that we would not get anything better . I feel very let down and wish that I had listened to my Daughter and gone with a different company we put are trust in them and fill very silly for that yes it looks nice know but it was a long and very difficult and stressful time to get here
The communication from them about what is happening is very poor

The delay due to this 'missing part' you are claiming is only half the problem despite us still not knowing what this 'missing part' is as originally we were told there was a problem with the glass (Or at least that's what we were told) but as far as we know it never got changed. However despite this the main issue we had and still have with you is the lack of communication as you never kept us up to date on the problems/ progress unless we phoned repeatedly to try and get any information about it from you.

From the initial visit to the final installation everything ran really smoothly.

Everyone I dealt with at Lanai were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I constructed a great system for shading our patio and living room, involving two heavy sails and lots of ropes and pulleys. Worked brilliantly but you couldn't put it up and down in a hurry if for example there was a dull day.
The replacement awning system from Lanai is brilliant. A touch of the remote control and the motor slides the shade out of its cassette as far or as little as you need, no messing about. This is not a cheap option but it works especially well for us as I'm getting too old to be shimmying up and down ladders and hauling ropes.
The company were pleasant and efficient and the system was installed in one day.

Such a great product - has transformed our living room which became inhospitable in the mid afternoon sun - looks so good when out and invisible when retracted. The install team were first class and sensitive to the building facade and stone work.

Super professional and friendly company. I wasn’t sure what was best for my space but was taken care of from the very first communication. The team helped explain all the products and what would work best for my garden and I couldn’t be happier. Our glass room has totally transformed how we use our garden and added so much life to our house. The team were quick and efficient and the finish of the job is immaculate.

Ordered a large custom solar canopy a few months ago. Delivery eventually agreed for late May, then first week June. Delivery then slipped to wc 24th June without notice. Update - now promised for 2nd week July.

Everything arrived when we were told it would. The engineer and his crew worked tirelessly for two long days over a weekend. Everything was explained and checked with us every step of the way. The garden was left spotless with everything back in its rightful place before they left. We love our Iris pergola! Thank you.

Excellent service and communication all the way through. Workmen very polite and courteous. Standard of workmanship was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Ours was an awkward installation requiring higher brackets and allowing for gas boiler flue. Initially a glass roof and thereafter completing the glass room. There were some delays but the customer service team kept us in the picture and the installation team got it right.
