The salesman wasnt too pushy and went through everything. The survey engineer was brilliant - answered every minute question and detail I had.
Then the delivery - seamless
The fitting team - Josh and Jack were brilliant. Pleasant to have around and tidied up after themselves. Again, happy to answer all my questions. The only reason I have given it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the remotes aren't that user friendly and Im a little unsure of the solar panels as there isnt much information. However - Im sure that if there are any issues, nothing is too much for the Lanai team to sort out. It is a bit annoying I had it built in November as I am going to have to wait to really use it in the Spring onwards. We had a Pergola built with electronic louvres, lights and heating. It fits perfectly and really adds a whole new space to the house/garden. Thanks to the whole team.

The installation of our glass was slightly delayed due to the aftermath of covid ie getting materials to our house.
The installation went well the installation team were efficient and hardworking and in no time the Glass Room was up and finished.
We have had a great time using the Glass Room.

I had 4 companies quote to install a glass veranda and while the price differential from Lanai wasn’t of note as all were selling Weinor with similar discounts etc, it was more the more personal approach from the team that stood out. I did have to wait longer than expected for the installation and so will really only enjoy the full benefits of the glass veranda next summer but can confirm that the installation team put in long hours to get the work done. Friendly, polite and tidy too! All positives in my view. This was a costly purchase but I have had great comments from friends and relatives and I look forward to really enjoying the space next summer. Was recommended Lanai by a friend who had an awning fitted a couple of years ago. From concept to completion, it was done very professionally, No hard selling, we knew we could get it cheaper, but as I say to my customers, quality doesn't come cheap. Good communication about manufacturing product through to delivery, even fitted the awning on a Saturday to fit in with me. Installation team were excellent and didn't mind me watching them as I have been in the construction game all my working life. Really impressed with their fitting procedures and explanation of how it works. I would highly recommend Lanai to anyone needing an awning, or their other products

Following a recent move we decided to landscape the rear garden to include a natural wildlife pond with three cascades to a large pond filled with water lilies. The garden faced south and we needed protection from the sun but we didn’t want to block the sun out completely and also as it was to be sited by bifold doors we wanted to minimise the loss of light to the interior of the house.
After a considerable time looking at all sorts of alternatives we saw an advertisement for Lanai Outdoor and in particular The Iris. The louvred roof, interior lighting and heating has provided us with a delightful area where we can dine outside under the stars or simply enjoy the sun filtering through the louvred roof during the day.
The build quality of The Iris is second to none and our site meeting with a representative of Lanai Outdoor was extremely constructive and gave us an insight into the flexibility of having such a wonderful innovative modern awning to compliment our garden landscaping.

We are very impressed with our new awning from Lanai Outdoor & it looks good too. Our rear garden faces due south & even though we had special glass & integral blinds fitted in our bi-fold doors; this didn’t stop the heat getting through. Some days this summer, the heat was so oppressive we had to move into another room. Now with the awning fitted, we can have the bi-fold doors fully open to get a breeze, which is something we couldn’t do before. Also as the awning is 4 meters wide, we can dine outside on the patio in comfort. This was a good investment & has transformed the way we use our property.

From original site meeting through site survey to final installation the staff of Lanai Outdoor have been supportive and skilled at their work. There was a delay in manufacturing but we were kept informed all the time. Installation was smooth and speedy with no mess to clear up. I have no hesitation in recommending Lanai.

We went for the glass room and we’re so glad we did. Just in time for summer so it’s exactly what we needed for that indoor/outdoor feel. The fellas at Lanai were very helpful and accommodating throughout and I’d highly recommend them for anyone else looking to have a similar unit installed.

Expensive but worth the cost. Very good quality and very well installed. We had an issue with our balcony and Lanai were very good about delaying the installation. Recommended.
