Had a louvered roof installed last August. Looks great and installation was smooth.
However, since then has only worked intermittently, around 50% of the time do the blades open, which is incredibly frustrating.
Despite contacting Lanai multiple times, issue is still not resolved.

Super pleased with our recent installation of a Gibus Twist louvred roof pergola, looks fab and so looking forward to enjoying many happy hours using it.

Have to say having not used Lanai before or know anyone who had, we felt apprehensive to place an order, however we need not have been concerned, it was a pleasure to do business with a company that supplies and installs a quality product, looks after its customers from start to finish, payment terms schedule better than other competitors/ companies in this line of work, would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We recently had a canopy fitted over our decking area. I could not fault this company they were professional and helpful from buying to installation. I love the product aswell.

Laser technology accuracy in survey and installation by elite site teams, allowing procurement and planning in a very professional manner at the Office. Product is top quality and thoroughly satisfied. One of the benefits to this garden feature are the post installations enhancements available, such as solar blinds, heaters, fully glazed partitions, that can be added and installed with Lanai and maintain the Warranty, giving peace of mind, for all family to enjoy. Great job.

It has been the best purchase for our patio. We can allow as much or as little sun on the patio and not worry about the furniture getting wet if it rains.

We used this company to install a retractable Weinor (German) awning 6 years ago. When we moved home we ordered a new one which has just been installed. A beautiful awning very professionally installed. We never had a problem with the previous one; and we are looking forward to enjoying using this new one for many years. I have just had a large awning, 4.5m wide with a projection of 5m, fitted to the side of my bungalow. The awning has exceeded the expectations of my wife and myself and we are very impressed with the quality of the product. The engineers who installed the awning were excellent and did a brilliant job, overcoming several challenges along the way. I was very impressed with the accuracy of the work and the determination that was shown to ensure that every aspect was completed to my satisfaction. I did feel that I could have been kept better informed about delays in the manufacture of the brackets otherwise this would be a 5 star review.
