Oh dear still no verandah
Oh dear, six months plus since we signed the contract for our small, domestic verandah and all we have is a pile of metal in our shed that doesn’t fit the site.
No end date in sight so having to file paperwork with County Court on Monday.
So very very disappointed.

We apologise for the delay in fitting your veranda, there was a problem with the brackets which has now been resolved. Our fitting team is booked to attend your property and complete the installation on 25th August.
This is installation is now complete to the customers satisfaction. Again we apologise for the delay but we are in unprecedented times.

Not quite sure where this will end
Update: As per Lanai confirmation this did end well. They did fit it at the third attempt and although the fitting team installed it in the wrong orientation as per the original plan we agreed to leave as is and happy with the outcome.
Not quite sure where this will end - Jury out at the minute. Reading previous reviews for LANAI very binary great or awful. At the moment we have paid our money, had our installation date cancelled and delayed twice already . And lack of response from the installation team and customer services on any confirmation on a third installation date. FIngers crossed things will get better as clearly a lot of satisfied customers. Hope we become one of them. If not ......
