Do not put any trust in this company. They do not care
The culture of the company is a disgrace. From the sales person fumbling on prices to the outsourced surveyors, outsourced installers, admin team and totally disregard for the customer of the Managing Director. When literally everything has gone wrong with such a significant purchased you would expect the guy at the top to show some compassion.
I suggest reading the one star reviews on Google as this company is very good at manipulated the review process.

Based on the current reply to this review I can now add that Lanai are liars. The surveyor candidly admitted to my husband when he came back to measure up that he botched up the whole job. Too high, too long and not wide enough.
Also no offer of resolution has been made and now there is no expectation of one based on my research of Lanai. I plan to take legal advice to claim back my £34,000 paid to Lanai dating back to September 2020

Update - This installation is now completed to the customers satisfaction.
We apologise for the delays.
We have hundreds of very happy customers.
Apologies that we have encountered a couple of issues with your installation. There was an issue with the perimeter fencing position running out of line meaning the whole structure had to move forward slightly. We assure you that our installers do not take “short cuts” We have agreed to have the two gutter beams remade as the manufacturer had also incorrectly positioned a post fixing point – this will resolve this issue. As soon as these issues were identified, we contacted our supplier and provided them with details of the parts that need remaking. Our director is directly involved in this process to ensure we can turn this around as quickly as possible. We have discussed the structure with our lead fitter and he assures us it is currently safe, the reason we could not dismantle yesterday was that we only had a team of two men on site yesterday and taking down such a large structure would have been a health and safety issue without a third team member present. We have tried to be as flexible as possible, working around your other site works (blocking up window, having the patio laid, then deciding you would not be having the patio laid etc.) and have accommodated the changing installation dates the best we can in an extremely busy working diary. We sent you over an email yesterday afternoon and another this morning with our proposal of how to rectify this situation but as of this morning we have no response. We assure you that bringing your project to a mutually agreeable conclusion is the top of our list of priorities and we are sure you will be thrilled with the end product once completed.

The veranda was well built and has top grade materials.
They always keep you informed of all the steps. Reliable and good job.
