Fitted full bungalow windows and front door to a very high standard, fitters were really friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
Really happy with the quality and the fitting. Transformed my property.
Had a bit of an issue with French doors closing, customer services were fantastic, fitter was here within 6hrs and mended the problem.
Lancashire Double Glazing now fitting facial, soffit and all new guttering, wouldn't have anyone else touch our property.

Shocking admin and after sales.

After spending several thousand £ with LDG in my home and my business over the years, I am now shocked at the dreadful standard of their admin and after sales service.
EG Emails not replied to, answering machine giving office opening times 2 hours after they’ve opened and phone not answered, still awaiting a FENSA certificate 2 months after fitting, a safety chain that ripped off 3 weeks after fitting and replaced with the tackiest, cheap and nasty one you can imagine (which they wanted £50 to replace!!!!)
In truth, I have lost all confidence in the company and am quite anxious about how the quality of the composite doors will pan out. Won’t be going back that’s for sure.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We ordered a front and rear door and a new patio sliding door, great communication from ordering to everything being fitted, the installer’s were polite, very tidy and worked really hard, we would highly recommend.

Had no hesitation in contacting them again when we needed new doors and soffits etc. Owen provided an excellent consultation very informative, helpful and patient! He helped us clarify exactly what we needed and the most convenient way for us to pay

Lancashire Double Glazing has just completed new windows and front fascia on my property- the standard of work is exceptional. Good quality products installed by excellent tradesmen at very competitive prices. The team had excellent work ethics - kept me informed prior and during installation- respected my property and took extra care regarding my dogs. Nothing was too much trouble, they were professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was left clean and tidy each day with particular extra attention at the end of the project. Highly recommend this company and team of tradesmen, will definitely use them again.

I recently used Lancashire Double Glazing to replace some of the windows and doors in my home, and overall, I’ve had a mixed experience. The communication at times could definitely be improved, with delays and some missteps during the process that were frustrating. However, the final installation was of good quality, and the fitters themselves were skilled and left the site tidy. They also offered helpful advice during the sales and installation stages. While I wouldn't say the experience was perfect, the end result has made a positive difference to my home. I would recommend LDG but with the advice to stay on top of communication if you use them. 4 stars.

Very poor customer service. Rude & condescending over the phone, decided to go elsewhere due to the poor experience with their sales team.
