Ich habe ein halbes Jahr auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Bei der Bestellung haben die Handschuhe gefehlt und diese kamen bis heute nicht an. Nachdem Ein paar Tage nach dem Tragen von der Latexkleidung ich leider ein Riss hatte und über das Kontaktformular eine Anfrage geschickt hatte bekam ich keine Rückmeldung. Qualität ist einfach nicht gut meiner Meinung nach, da ich nun mehrere Reparaturen vornehmen habe lassen. . Dr****** Laden! Kundenzufriedenheit scheint denen am A***** vorbei zu gehen.

They made a mistake in production, when I complained they asked me to return item, they would pay for transport. Followed their instructions, but they would not pick up the parcel. They blamed me and postal services, and tock no responsibility. This is a very unprofessional company who has bad routines. If you get something wrong with your product, you can just forget about getting it fixed. I have shopped several products from them, some good, others medium good, but after my last experience, I will never deal with them again.

They will probably also complain about this review, and blame me, as I see they have done with other posts on truspilot. There are better companies out there with better service. Don’t waste your money here!

I write a bad review again because my bad experience, after 4 years, has not finished yet. I buy a catsuit to latexcrazy in august 2018 (order 19168) and paid for it more than 400€, I recieve it in febrary 2019 (3 months later, but this is not thd problem). Because a problem with measurements in crotch they told me that I return it and that they would repare it or make it new. I did it. After they checked the catsuit,they told me it was right (it wasnt, but I dont want to extend me about this now, I explained everything in my other review). To solve the situation I decided to keep the suit and asked latezcrazy the send it back to me again despites the measurements problem. The discussion regard the suit it was right or not taken 1 year more. Since I decide to keep the suit I have sent more than 20 mails to latezcrazy asking they return my suit, but they didnt answer. In my other review they told they did not recieved my mails, so I opened another account but never ever get any answer again. Last 2 years I have been sending more mails, but no answer. Never answer. I just want to finish this nightmare and that latexcrazy send me the suit I bought and I paid, but that I dont have with me. People of latexcrazy, SEND ME THE CATSUIT TO FINISH THIS DISPUTE, otherwise I will have to sue you before the courts. Initially I was very happy with the response of the customer service. During my order they have kept me up to date on the status and any questions were answered in a timely fashion. I ordered a catsuit and a corset both made to measure. The catsuit is amazing, fits very wel, nice quality. The corset not so much, even though it is made to measure, it’s way to big. Fully tightened it is still loose on my waist. I’ve tried contacting customer service about this, but I’m not getting any response anymore.

Back in April 2022, I began talking to the customer service team regarding sizing, options, and other minor questions. Despite the ~8 hour time difference living in the US, they were very quick to respond and answered all my questions. My catsuit was a couple weeks late (despite the Express option) because it had custom options. The catsuit itself fits perfectly because of their answers, and exceeds the quality I expected from them. I will be ordering from them again soon and HIGHLY recommend anyone buying from LatexCrazy.

Ich kann nur Positives von Latexcrazy berichten! Meine Frau und ich kaufen gerne Latexkleidung bei Latexcrazy. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfreich, professionell und gut informiert.
Die Lieferzeiten wurden Anfang dieses Jahres verkürzt, so dass die langen Lieferzeiten, die manche kritisieren, nicht mehr existent sein sollten.
Hervorzuheben ist, dass man bei Latexcrazy auf gute Handarbeit und somit auf gute Latexverarbeitung (made in Germany) trifft. Alle Produkte werden in hoher Qualität hergestellt.
Die Kommunikation ist stets freundlich.

Meine Bewertung wurde völlig falsch kommentiert. Die korrigierten Masse wurden eingetragen und übermittelt. Mehr kann ich nicht machen.

Warum reagiert niemand auf meine eMails oder auf mein Einschreiben an die Geschäftsführerin? Latexcrazy könnte einfach die reklamierte Ware mit den aktuellen Maßen versenden, wird aber nicht gemacht. Ich verstehe die Vorgehensweise nicht.

Hier der falsche Kommentar von Latexcrazy:

„Bei Ihrem 2mm Anzug war alles OK. Das Shirt wurde neu gefertigt, das neue Teil hatte keinerlei Fehler und Sie haben dies auch nie angezeigt. Die Hose hätten wir ebenso neu gefertigt, aber hier warten wir auf Ihre korrigierten Maße, dazu wurde auch telefoniert. Hier vor Betrug zu warnen ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, entsprechend übergeben wir die Angelegenheit unserer Anwaltschaft.“

Habe im November 2020 bestellt, warte bis heute noch auf meine Ware, erst entschuldigungen wegen Corona, dann würde der Hersteller die gewünschten Farben nicht mehr liefern. Die Kommunikation mit der Firma ist die reinste Katastrophe, bekomme sehr selten antworten bis gar nicht. Schade schade, das man wegen solch Kleinigkeiten wie Kommunikation und leere versprechen den Ruf seiner Firma ruiniert.

Mein Freund hat online bei euch bestellt.Er ist mit Qualität sehr zufrieden.Die Preise sind günstig und der Versand ist auch reibungslos verlaufen.

Catsuit war leider nach paar Mal tragen defekt. Kontakt mit Latexcrazy aufgenommen und nach Anleitung wie auf der Seite angegebenen zur Reparatur geschickt.
Das die Reparatur etwas Zeit benötigt ist bewusst und nicht von heute auf morgen getan.
Freue mich auf meinen reparierten Catsuit.

On 27th January 2020 I placed an order 2 items, paid 357 Euros, and now 648 days later I am STILL waiting for this order. I have e-mailed many many times to chase up this order but I still wait. I have frequently been told “we’ll send it in 3 weeks”, but that never happens. I have also written to Latexcrazy via their web site many times and that often is simply ignored - despite the web site saying they respond in 24 hours. I can only conclude the company has ceased to exist, despite the web site giving an entirely different view. I’ve rather lost hope of ever seeing my money or the two items I ordered.

I have sent a message via LatexCrazy web site with the requested order number on the day they requested it.

Having responded to the request of 4th December and now 8 days later (12th December) have had nothing back from LatexCrazy.

Now almost 2 years since I first placed order number 19750. Their web site is still active so one assumes the company is still in business, so they have effectively stolen my 357 Euros. I have e-mailed many many times and either it is ignored or I receive a promise of delivery in 3 weeks. That never happens. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
January 2023 - after numerous e-mails pestering them I finally got a full refund - I did make a small loss due to exchange rate fluctuations and a PayPal service charge - but overall I’m now happy.

Bestellung nach 4 1/2 Monaten nicht erhalten. Auf Nachfrage wurde erst auf die Zweite geantwortet, ich solle ende der Woche nochmal nachfragen. Seit dem habe ich auf 2 weitere Nachfragen keine Antwort mehr erhalten.

Anzüge und Masken sind super.auch die Qualität stimmt.dafuer fünf Sterne

After more than 12 months of waiting and emailing, the order has finally arrived.

Have ordered several orders in the past and each time the delivery times got longer and longer.
This way one can no longer deal with their customers!!

Made an order 31 Jan, and payd for it. They said that normal delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Was told 4 Feb that the material I ordered did not exist. I then asked to know what material they have. got other suggestions that did not suit me.
Feb 13 I was told the material I wanted was in stock again. March 20, I was told that it was ready and would be delivered next week. But nothing was sent? March 29 I was told (after asking what happens to mine order) that there was a problem with the material ??
After a number of emails and that I constantly have to contact them and ask what happens, I was very tired of them! March 29, I got my money back.
On April 1, I received an email from J** apologized and saying that I could get a 15% discount if I want to continue with the order.
Mars 29 I told J** that if I proceed with the order, I want to see that the goods are ready to be sent before I pay again.
15 april i got information on other materials they have in stock. I change material to what they had in stock.
On April 20, an order was placed with changed materials.S***** say Delivery in about 4-5 weeks and that i can pay with PayPal.
April 21, I told dem for the second time that I pay as soon as I know that they have my order ready to send to me. AS i told J**.
S***** respons by canseling my order!
How nice is that? Customer contact is catastrophically bad!
I ordered and paid on 31 January, today 21 April and received nothing from them. Stay away from this company if you want what you ordered!

Everything I say here I 100% true. You did say 6-8 weeks delivery time. Yes I opened a claim at pay pal when you lied to me about delivery time! Yes you offered me a discount if I chose another colord, and I did. And I had told you if I go on with this order I will pay when it is ready to be shipped.
Everything in my review I 100%true. Latexcrazy can not take criticism, they are always fighting back like this (se other answer they have written here)

Step down from your high horse and accept the truth. Your customers contact is terrible, work on it instead of fighting back. It is your loss, not mine!

Ich habe einen Ganzkörperanzug in 4D Latex als Maßanfertigung bestellt für ca. 700€ und sofort bezahlt. Order 27996.
Lieferzeit hieß es 8-14 Wochen.
Nach 16 Wochen hab ich mal freundlich angefragt, wann denn geliefert wird. Es kam keine Antwort. Eine Woche später nochmal angefragt, warum man nicht mal eine Antwort bekommt, da hab ich dann nach einigen Tagen die Antwort bekommen, ich wäre ja nicht der einzige Kunde und der Artikel würde in zwei Wochen geliefert.
Nochmal 4 Wochen gewartet: Nichts. Wieder angefragt, da kam zur Antwort, es gäbe Probleme mit dem 4D Latex, das stünde ja auch auf Ihrer Webpage. Hab nach einigem Suchen den Eintrag gefunden, dass es seit 1 Jahr Probleme mit der Qualität von 4D Latex gibt. Also schon lang vor meiner Bestellung. Da hat man mir aber nichts davon gesagt, im Gegenteil, das Material wurde als "Latex in absolut unübertroffener Premium-Qualität" angepriesen.
Auf Rückfrage, warum ich da keine Info bekommen habe, hieß es auf einmal, die Probleme seien ganz plötzlich und unerwartet aufgetreten. Man hat mir angeboten, auf das billigere Radical Rubber umzusteigen, was ich zähneknirschend akzeptiert habe. Ich wollte wissen, ob das in akzeptabler Zeit geliefert wird. Keine Antwort.
Einige Tage später nochmal angefragt, da habe ich die Info bekommen, der Artikel würde "übernächste Woche" geliefert. Der Termin ist vertrichen und wieder nichts erhalten. Ständige Hinhaltetaktik, sich widersprechende Aussagen, unfreundlicher Ton.
Man sollte als Kunde erwarten können, dass man bei Problemen oder Verzögerungen informiert wird, das haben die bei Latexcrazy offenbar nicht nötig. Also nochmal nachgefragt, dann kam die Meldung, dass der Artikel verschickt wurde. Nach 19 Wochen endlich eingetroffen. Eine Erstattung für das billigere Material habe ich nicht erhalten.
Und dann bei der Anprobe der große Schock: Der Anzug entspricht überhaupt nicht den von mir angegebenen Maßen. Arme und Füße sind viel zu eng, da kommt man gar nicht erst rein.
Ich hab das reklamiert und Beweisfotos mitgeschickt. Als Antwort wurde behauptet, sie hätten sich an meine Maße gehalten und ich hätte falsch gemessen, eine Rücknahme wurde abgelehnt, das ist einfach nur unverschämt. Ich habe den Anzug auf meine Kosten zurückgeschickt, zur Überprüfung der Maße. 6 Wochen keine Reaktion, dann habe ich nochmal nachgefragt. Keine Antwort.
Ich habe einen Einschreibe-Brief an die Geschäftsführerin geschrieben und eine Frist für eine Antwort gesetzt, habe seitdem keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Ich werde nun Strafanzeige erstatten.

Gleich zu Beginn das negative: Leider war die von mir gewünschte Farbe in der gewählten Materialstärke nicht genügend am Lager und vom Hersteller auch nicht lieferbar - bis mir das gesagt wurde, lag meine Bestellung allerdings schon gute 2 Monate zurück.
Warum trotzdem 4 Sterne? Ganz einfach: 1. War der Kundenservice nicht nur jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit sondern auch geduldig mit Fragen bezüglich der Lieferzeit.
2. Habe ich ein Produkt erhalten, was in puncto Qualität, Verarbeitung und ganz allgemein hinsichtlich Preis-Leistung seinesgleichen sucht.

Deshalb kann ich latexcrazy jedem empfehlen, der qualitativ hochwertige Latexkleidung auf Maß und zu einem angemessen Preis haben möchte. Zusätzlich sind die Sachen "made in Germany" - besser geht's nicht.

It's a long story, but at the end, the story finished with the better point.

I saw a nice stuff on their website, and wanted one. I placed an order end of June 2020, and saw I will wait at least 12 mounths. Why not, if it's the time for a good product. After a long time, nothing. I mailed them, telling I will receive my product later. I be patient for 5 mounths.
After a moment, I became mad, after a long time, and Jan saved the complete day with Maria.

I'm sorry if I became mad after 6 mounths. But it's a bit embarrassing to read I wil lreceive my product at the end of the week, and then nothing.

Anyway, with this Covid crisis, be patient.
Really. But the suit is so f* nice !!
