The dress I bought was the orange color for my son’s wedding. It was stunning! The quality was good and the only alteration I needed was hem shortening. I received so many compliments on the dress at the wedding. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company.

It's a beautiful dress. Looks exactly like the picture. Dress was made/altered to my measurements. Arrived in time as promised. I am very happy with everything.

I had to contact Lavetir a couple times about the shipping and delivery of my order. They were very prompt and helpful each time. I love my dress and it fits perfectly. The quality is very nice and I am very pleased with it. I did order a size bigger than I thought I would need according to the size clothes I wear. I used their size guidelines and glad I did.

Ordered a $170 dress. Color and fit were off. Tried to contact them several times. Finally got a response after I opened a case through PayPal. I only got a 20% refund ($33.99). I would definitely advise against ordering anything from them!

I ordered a dress and a wrap. The dress had lace applique. The dress was in wisteria. I ordered a wrap to go with it. The wrap the dress and the lace applique were 3 different colors. None of it matched. When I tried to return they said there was a 28% restocking fee plus you had to pay for shipping to return it to China. So I would get less than half of my money back. I would add a picture if I could so you could see how awful it was. I saw your reply the differences were NOT subtle. Anyone would be embarrassed to be seen in the outfit.

Terrible company. Ordered three dresses and all are huge. Asked for return and replacement of dresses and they said dresses are made to order, so returns aren't possible.
Buyer beware

If there was a zero I would have chose that. I ordered 2 dresses one was stitched weird looked like it had a tail and the other one the pockets were sewed backwards. It was going to cost me $55 to send it back plus they charge you 22 percent for restocking fee so I would have got around $20 back. They are a rip off? They are supposed to have easy returns with in 30 days! Do not order from them they are awful

Return policy sucks!! They want to negotiate a return with you that makes no sense. Offering 18% back on your purchase for you to keep it. If a product doesn't fit or you simply do not like the way it looks on you, you should be able to return it for a full refund. Yes, I agreed to pay shipping. It was shipped from NY. And they are asking me to ship it back to CHINA. I would not recommend this company at all! 170 bucks down the drain. I would have considered ordering another dress from them to replace this one that DOESNT fit, however with the return policy, I would never order from them. I hope this will save someone some time. Im on my 5th email with themtrying to negotiate a return. Its ridiculous! Update‼️‼️‼️ after haggling back and forth, they offered 30 % back and keep the dress. Still not happy, if something doesn't fit, you should be able to return it for a refund minus shipping to where it was shipped from. Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure you love the item and don't ever want to return it for any reason!!! There are plenty of companies that have a no hassle return policy. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

I ordered my dress with custom sizing. I couldn't believe it: the quality and fit are amazing! It's gorgeous and I feel like Cinderella!

I received so many compliments on my dress at my daughter's wedding. I'm only 4'11" and they customized the length and it was absolutely perfect.

I tried to return the dress. I do not recall returns were to China. The cost to mail the dress back was not worth the cost. And there was a delay getting the dress. I would definitely NOT recommend.

Please please please heed my warning and do not order from this company. There are no returns or refunds of your money. They will give you 18% back for a return. To get more money, you ship it overseas on your dime then you pay a “restocking fee” of 33%. Please do not order anything!

My outfit is absolutely beautiful. The first one I ordered didn't fit. I let the company know and they helped to get the right size. They took my measurements and made me a custom outfit with no hassle no run around nothing, and they got it back to me in time for the event! It was amazing and I'm and so happy with the clothes and the company! THANK YOU!

I’ll admit, I was scared to order from this site. It did take a month which they are upfront about but dress came and it’s beautiful. Take the risk if you don’t need quickly. Well worth the wait.

Submitted my measurements for a custom order dress. The dress arrived and was sewed exactly on my measurements, meaning they made a dress the same size as my body, rather than adding allowance for a dress to FIT a body with the measurements given. Their solutions: Option 1 —30% Off for a New Dress with no time limited(Recommended) [I wonder... Why would I order a new one when THIS one didn't fit?]
Option 2 — 20% Refund for Alterations
If a small adjustment could make the dress work, we can offer a 20% refund to help with local tailoring. [No one local has this fabric. How will they make this dress bigger?]

Per Google: When submitting measurements for a custom dress, you should submit your actual, precise body measurements, not the measurements of what you want the finished dress to be. Designers need your true measurements to apply the correct "ease" (extra space for movement) and to ensure the garment fits correctly, as they are professionals. There was no EASE added as confirmed by their own measurement photos provided. And now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit.

To make matters even worse, they finally agreed at at least at 65% refund, and days later after seeing this review, they offered 75% and then full refund…. Only if I took this down. I’m making sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

My girlfriend ordered a dress based on their terrible size chart thinking she could get it altered to fit, to find out that their sizes are way larger than advertised. Ordered a dress to find out it was 2 sizes bigger than what she had ordered and requested a refund for them to tell us that the 2 options were to take a 15% refund or a 30% off coupon for our next order. We should have used Azazie instead where you can prewear the dress to see if it fit then from there find the ideal size and order a dress. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy. This business model screams scam.
