Dan was extremely kind and empathetic, made sure I had all the facts and the call went as smoothly as possible

I have to get a hire bike after my crash and thought it’d be a lengthy process, but it was actually quite fast! Georgia was fabulous and polite, made the process a lot easier too. Very happy with everyone who i’ve spoken to at LGA so far!!

Kaitlyn Aldous was the most helpful person ive talked to over the phone, made everything understandable, she was very patient and answered every question I had with amazing detail without making it confusing for me!

Unfortunately I had a motorcycle accident, and I have used the Lancaster Gate customer service. They answered me quicly and I spent roughly an hour at phone. She provided me all information that I needed and the operator has been really helpfull. I higly recommend their service.
