Good quality product

Good quality product, first item dispatched went astray, took a bit of chasing to get a response from customer services but once contact was made, the issue was rectified.

Third time lucky

LinenFields have now resolved the issue with my latest order and a refund has been issued for the missing item. This was my third order with the company with no issues with the first two, so the delay in responding/resolving the issue was not the usual level of service I have experienced previously. Looking forward to placing my next order.

2 months later, no delivery

I have yet to receive my package. Somebody was helpful initially and said my parcel had gotten lost, so they resent the items. I have followed up again 2 weeks later, 3 times! Nobody is responding.
Its almost 2 months later and I almost forgot I was expecting something from them.
I may have to get a refund via Paypal.

Bad service

Ordered goods 15/05/2024. The goods have still not arrived or even been despatched.
Contact with this company is dismal. They are full of promises but no action.
Can not understand why they can take people's money and not provide the goods.

Unfortunately the bedlinen that I…

Unfortunately the bedlinen that I purchased worth over £100 is not the colour way ordered from the website. I emailed to request the return label but heard nothing. Two further emails were sent over many weeks, eventually a response was forthcoming. Customer service informed me they had not received my previous correspondence for a return request, despite me receiving the company’s standard conformation email from my first return request email.
I have since written two emails to them with no response. As a first time customer my experience is very poor and I would never use again. I’m still left wondering whether I will actually get my refund as contact with them is so utterly wanting. The phone number always has a standard message directing you to the website. You have little choice but to email them. I’m still waiting…

Quality products of Linenfields

Easy to use website.and fast delivery. I ordered a Christy Duvet set and I’m so delighted with the quality, it looks lovely and really compliments my decor in my bedroom. I feel so cosy when sleeping and so pleased with my purchase.

A lose-lose situation

Two of the three items I ordered together on March 31st have arrived, albeit without the customary dispatch email. Good quality bedlinen so no complaints there. However, nearly one month later, I'm still waiting for the third item. In reply to my first email requesting an update, I was told that they were "looking into it". Still no news, despite further emails from me. Fortunately, not a lot of money is involved: I've lost about £15 but they've lost a customer. Never again! Apart from anything else, it's downright rude.

Stay Away 2

Currently battling for a refund for item ordered April 1st that hadn’t arrived by the 11th April and no news of it either. Don’t try phoning…they won’t pick up. Loads of emails sent and refund finally promised within a 24 hour period. Three days later and I’m still waiting.Have taken the matter up with PayPal and will go to small claims court if necessary. Do wish I’d checked this company out with Trustpilot.
Agree with other reviewers …hardly merit one star.

stay away

They don't even deserve the 1 star.
Stay away. Go purchase from a reputable business.
Ordered curtains and 3 weeks later hadn't been dispatched. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone.
I was forced to resort to opening a dispute on PayPal to get my money back.
The worst of the worst.
Not a business at all!!

Wonderful family company and high quality goods! Fabulous customer service, very prompt and courteous when I reached out to enquire about my order!
Would definitely recommend and will be using this company again!

Excellent customer service

There was a problem with my delivery but I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a replacement. Polite and efficient customer service which I felt I should share as people are often quick to criticise and slow to praise

Customer Service appalling and rude.

Customer Service appalling . Order took over 3 weeks to arrive .
No tracking number available.
Phoned up the company twice , spoke to Lewis , who was very rude .
I would never order anything else from this company .

Nice Product but Very disappointing Service

So disappointed and I could not recommend this company. The problem is the length of time to process and dispatch and the difficulty in getting a reply from the customer service. I am pleased with the product but 2 items were exchanged for size and I bought the replacements from another company. I was unable to get a reply after my return was not refunded. Fortunately I had sent the returns tracked and signed for but without back up from PayPal I think it would have been impossible to get my refund .

IUnfulfilled Order

I ordered and paid for 2 pillows but only one was delivered. I have made an online enquiry and sent 2 emails without any response. The phone line isn’t manned either. I feel I have been ripped off
