I have used the services of Linley & Simpson in Bingley twice, once as a buyer 2 years ago & more recently, as a landlord.
As a buyer, the service I received was flawless, from start to finish, I had zero complaints.
As prospective landlords, we dealt firstly with Verity who we found to be very knowledgeable & extremely professional throughout.
The viewings for our property were the responsibility of Andy who was fabulous and handled the entire procedure with kind professionalism. Andy provides a
1st class service, responding quickly to any emails we sent and answered all our questions & concerns.
I would not hesitate to recommend Linley & Simpson, they are a great team!

Zak and the team were great in reletting our property achieving a new high for the room and dealing with it all very effectively and efficiently with no void between tenants. Keep up the good work guys.

Liam helped make the move we’ve experienced so easy, we have been stressed throughout the week but he made us less stressed so we could enjoy the process. Thank you for your help Liam, allowing us to move into our first home together

So far I’ve found renting through Linley & Simpson to be a positive experience. The application process was thorough but straightforward, and all documentation was handled swiftly. Most importantly, where maintenance issues have arisen, they have been easy to report, and handled to a high standard in a fairly timely manner. My understanding is that each tenancy has one agent assigned to dealing with these, so in this case credit should go to Nicole Stanley at the York branch of Linley & Simpson.

Such friendly staff that go above and beyond for you. George is quick with his responses and is very helpful and always ensures that he finds the information needed to resolve any problems you may have. Would highly recommend

Susan has been extremely helpful and responsive to all issues I brought up and has been able to resolve very tricky situations for me during my tenancy. Her professionalism is world class. Highly reccomend.

It’s taken me months to write this review. I’ve been so traumatised by my experience with Linley and Simpson, Ilkley branch and I will NEVER rent with them again.

They’re a bunch of entitled children who all need specialist training in client communications and just basic decency. Especially Ami Woods who made sure even my final moments of exiting the property were equally as horrendous as the rest of my time spent dealing with them. Cheers Ami. I’m not sure where your aggression comes from, but seek help.

I was treated appallingly from start to finish. Upping my rent ridiculous amounts (and then when I decided to leave, put the property on the rental market for LESS than they were trying to charge me, a long standing tenant)

They illegally entered my property without my permission and one time I came home to find a man in my house doing a gas check and was terrified. I thought I was being robbed.

They left me without heating and hot water for 10 days and I practically had to beg for a reduced rent that month. It could have been fixed much sooner, but I was waiting on a plumber who was on holiday to come back home!! Meanwhile I was having to drive my children to the other side of Leeds and back to my mother’s house so they could get a hot shower.

I’m yet to meet a fellow tenant who has positive things to say about L&S.

They deserve to be shut down. Or at the very least, treated with the same non existent respect they show others. I hate you all.

Lauren T was amazing, she was so helpful throughout and so quick at responding. The entire process was smooth and I would 100% recommend her to anyone moving.

Linley & Simpson are always available to help. I am particularly impressed with Lauren Turnbull. She is very friendly, helpful and efficient. She always makes sure that we are kept up to date with every step of the process. Any questions we have are always answered in a timely fashion.
