Little Adventure Shop Reviews

This is such a nice company! I ordered children’s waterproofs on next day delivery. For reasons absolutely outside of their control (the delivery company accidentally locked the parcel in a van in the depot and lost the keys!) the items were late. I got an email and a call to explain the situation, which we had a good laugh about, and got my next day delivery fee refunded. On the day they did arrive, I got a call to double check they had made it- apparently they had been tracking the delivery all morning. So they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made what could have been a frustrating experience very positive. AND the waterproofs were great quality at a really good price. So top marks. Will definitely order from them again and have already recommended them to friends.

I've ordered from little adventure shop a couple of times' communication was good and items arrived as expected.

I called the shop as wanted a backpack for my son's birthday- Debbie was so so helpful, looking out for the order and dispatching it within minutes. This kind of service is truly special and I am very grateful. Thank you

Ordered a Big Agnes sleeping bag online, a really great option as I know the quality and warmth it offers.

The bag was dispatched the same day and delivered the next. Amazing service.

My parents (overseas) got some climbing shoes for my son for his birthday. They turned out not to fit, so we returned them and requested the next size uo. Those arrived, with a nice note, just a couple of days later.

Great customer service, helped ensure we had the Osprey Carrier bag in time for our holiday. Really went above and beyond. Definitely recommend and will no doubt use again.

I bought some lovely, pink, Boreal children's climbing shoes for my niece from Little Adventure Shop. Postage was quick and the shoes were well packaged with a hand-signed 'thank you' on the delivery note inside- a nice personal touch.

Will order from Little Adventute Shop again and recommend to friends/family.

This is a super company. The owner is hugely personable with excellent communication skills. When I ordered the wrong size gilet, she handled the exchange wonderfully. Very happy to recommend and will definitely shop here again.

Great price, lovely products, good communication and delivered on time 👍

They had exactly what I needed and delivered really quickly.

I recently bought a pair of pink wellies, a snow hat and snow gloves for my 13 month old as we head into Autumn and Winter. This was my first purchase from this vendor and I was very impressed with my order. Within an hour of my order, my order despatched and it came the next day! I was not expecting that. There was even an hand written thank you on the invoice - always a nice touch. I was very happy with the service and the order was well packaged.

Very helpful and communicative in completing order, despite working through their own supply issues.

They did exactly what I'd hoped no both no hassle.

Great. Item was priced competitively and delivery was quick.

Couldnt have been more helpful. So good to get a quick answer and excellent service, product in post that day.

Great, quick service.

Great quality products, unfortunately a problem with the postage but courteous staff who called to apologise and check on safe arrival of goods. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Fantastic friendly service with great communication,

Fast delivery and both hats fitted my sons perfectly.
