Stylish, good quality, helpful service

Lack of response to email
I wanted to add in my apartment number into the shipment address and emailed them under the name Lynn to add in this detail on 28th march.
Despite having a order confirmation and dispatch email being sent out, I did not receive a reply up till now.

I bought a jacket from Liwisi which I would like to request to return as the item looked different from the picture (the jacket had shimmers which I did not quite like). The Liwisi team replied to my email within 2 days and offered their assistance to me. Their prompt action amplified their professionalism in providing good services to their customers.

Good product, good service
I am happy with Liwisi service. I have ordered from Liwisi for more than 3 times. Always get what i ordered. Just one suggestion, if you can update customers the tracking number on their orders, it would help us less worrying. My first order took nearly a month of waiting. And i did not have any update on my order until it arrived. At that time, after 2 weeks placed the order, i did think that i had lost my money. Out of that, i have nothing to complain.

Just discovered Liwisi, and now it's one of my favourite sites whenever I look for new clothings, be it formal or casual. What impresses me the most is their excellent customer service. I have had a problem in tracking my parcel, on which I have sent an email to request for help. Their response is almost instant. Plus, the quality of the dress I bought is up-to-standard.
