Well thank heavens for the operative you sent out to us. Myself and my wife were in despair. It doesn't seem much but a kitchen sink that does not empty, except very very slowly becomes huge. Your operatve knocked and identified himself. Then listened patiently to my wife and myself before methodically clearing the work area and identifying the problem. The problem was inside and also outside. He tackled both of these professionally and did not cut any corners. His repair for us was thorough. Belts and braces as we used to say. And his excellent communication skills meant we knew exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and how. He has not been the first operative to attend to this problem. What they started He finished. He left his work areas cleaner than it originally was. He is a great ambassador for your company.

Ongoing drain issue in our flat that left water stuck in our sink overnight. Luckily Joshua Sharkey came to the rescue on a Sunday evening and didn’t leave until the job had been solved! Blockage was coming from another flat but that didn’t stop Josh exploring all avenues to resolve the issue - and despite the late hour - all with a friendly smile on his face! Josh was also super courteous and left the place totally clean before he left. Cannot recommend enough!

Phillip Gourman came around and sorted out a blocked drain that was affecting the whole flat in about five minutes. Lovely chap and very efficient!

I’ve been experiencing recurring drainage blockages in my flat since moving in a few months ago, while waiting for a longer-term fix to be put in place.

Today the drains blocked again and Morgan Sindall sent an emergency engineer, Phil Gorman, who was excellent. He dealt with the immediate issue efficiently and took the time to follow up with his team about the status of the longer-term repair.
