A treasure trove in the heart of the West End
There is always great service here in my opinion, and the staff are passionate and knowledgeable about art and the range of products sold. Both online and in-store I love to browse and see what's new.

Difficult to see what is ordered and to…
Difficult to see what is ordered and to find the correct info.
I was looking at the charcoal blocks which were shown as what I presumed was a set of three, with a different colour option for the bottom one shown. I did not think it was just for one piece.
Also the tracing paper pad was difficult to understand what was involved

First Order - Very Positive Result
This was the first time I'd ordered from London Graphic Centre, and I was delighted to find Daler Rowney Mount Board in their sale, in the exact colour I wanted. I placed the order with no difficulty, and was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service.
I had one small query about the delivery method, which was answered immediately and all proceeded very smoothly.
I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Good product, good company to deal with
Product was as discribed, price was slightly more expensive than a retail company (I would have had to drive to collect) so find them good value for money. Knocked them down a star as the delivery company never showed any tracking up to delivery.

Took my money never delivered, ignored my emails
I bought a notepad online in November, I got an email saying it was no longer in stock and would I be happy to wait 2 weeks or have a refund. I said I was happy to wait. A few weeks passed and nothing. So I emailed them and still no response. They have ignored the two emails I sent. So took my money and didn’t send me the item, not great stuff. It wasn’t high value but it would make me think again if I was ordering something expensive.

I am so sorry to hear about the experience you have had with us. Looking at our email records we are unable to find the email you sent to us regarding this issue.
I can see from our records however you were refunded in full on December 18th and left a voicemail letting you know this had been done. Your refund receipt has also been emailed to you with the date of the refund.
During the Christmas period we do experience supplier delays and I am sorry we were not able to provide you with the product in a timely manner.

Stickers
I bought stickers from them for a project. Delivery was as quick as they possibly can (during holidays) and products are as advertised. I saw that they’ve got a whole selection of pens and other supplies. Their store appears worth a visit
