Very pleased with my experience with Loom Loft. We have visited the clitheroe store a lot over the years and they always have a great selection of products and great food at the bistro.
We recently had a new sofa and snuggle chair delivered, smooth process and exactly as described. We are so pleased.
The delivery guys were polite and not rushed at all which was nice as not always the case.
I recommend to all my friends!

Sofas look great but it’s like sitting on bean bags. I feel like I’m slipping onto the floor all the time. Had them for one day and already developing shoulder and back pain. Oh and the caring workers who made them broke one of the feet and thought it a good idea to just chuck it into the package anyway.

Bought a sofa,chair and console table. We were very impressed with the showroom and the servive we recieved on the day.
After service care was first class, special mention to Syka who was excellant.

I bought the large Marsden sofa with chaise at the Astley Bridge store. I was helped by Lynn who is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. My family came with me and we really enjoyed looking round this lovely store and will definitely be back.
The sofa has now been delivered and looks beautiful. The delivery men were very pleasant and efficient.

Totally Excellent Company with quality products with different to the norm products. Visited the Batley Store [ Inside Batley Mills ] Originally purchased a side table and coffee table soon to return to buy a leather sofa and chair all excellent quality and served by incredibly helpful none pushy staff a fair wait for delivery but knew it was a quality suite not a mass produced one so expected the wait.
The suite then delivered by 2 fantastic guys Ronaldo and Frank who were very polite, friendly and extremely proficient at their job Top Job lads.
I cannot fault this company from start to finish will definitely use again A***** Thankyou.

Went into Loom Loft Lytham today to look at some rugs. The bald headed gentleman who I asked for help/advice was disinterested and borderline rude. Like he had already made his mind up we were wasting his time. Some feedback as to his manner with customers wouldn’t go amiss

Bought a table and chairs under a year ago, started to have strange issues with three of the four dining chairs, customer service couldn’t have been any better, Lewis was brilliant and immediately arranged for them all to be replaced, the team arrived with the new chairs and immediately identified the issue with the original chairs, in that they hadn’t been assembled correctly by the original delivery team. They took them away and brought in the new chairs and built them up, taking a lot of care of them and our home. The two gentlemen that came today are such good ambassadors for your company, they couldn’t have done more to resolve the issue and were very apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. They only left once we confirmed we were happy with the new chairs (they feel Totally different in how they swivel and now feel very sturdy and we are very happy). We shop at the Clitheroe branch and also the Lytham branch often and we couldn’t recommend them any higher. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers and making us feel like we matter.

I purchased a sofa from Loomloft in 2022, but I’ve faced issues like sagging and creaking after just a year. Despite a quick fix being done, I was told the sofa’s lifespan is only around two years. While the Clitheroe staff were helpful, the overall quality and lengthy delivery delays make me hesitant to recommend.

Very helpful staff nothing too much trouble. as a wheelchair user great customer service much appreciated.

We purchased a sofa from loom loft around 12 months ago and after only a few weeks we had issues with the feathers inside the cushions and seats in that that were constantly poking through the fabric. This was literally hundreds of feathers per week not the odd one. After an engineer inspection we were told that these had failed and that they would be replaced. We were assured that this was very unusual so we were dismayed to find that again after a few weeks the same problem occurred. At this point we were told we could come into store and arrange a replacement. We reluctantly changed the sofa we had for the Moretti sofa which we didn't like as much but which had foam inserts rather than feather. Almost immediately after receiving the new sofa we noticed its poor quality and within 4 weeks it looked an absolute mess. The cushions that you sat in were all squashed into the corners and the back cushions had sunk and constantly had to be put back into place. The sofa was very uncomfortable. After another engineer visit Loom Loft accepted that the item has once again failed and at this point we asked for our money back. We found customer service during this time to be very unhelpful and Lewis in particular was extremely rude to my husband on the phone. All I can say is that if you want to buy a quality sofa that lasts more than a few weeks purchase from elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

We have recently bought a large sofa and 3 pieces of Canyon furniture from loom loft all are great quality. We recently had our sofa delivered from loom loft the delivery guys were friendly and did a great job installing the sofa exactly where we wanted it and we quickly realised that the legs of the sofa were shorter than we thought. So we visited the Preston store to find a solution. We were offered new longer legs fitted for us at no extra charge. We can’t praise this store enough for the care and commitment to excellent customer care. I would not hesitate in recommending the Preston store for the quality of their products but most of all the customer service was second to none fabulous store.

Bought my sofa from Loom Loft in 2022. I've had the sofa for just over 2 years, it starting having problems at around 12 months from creaking, to the material sagging and slanting. They sent someone out who did a "quick fix" who advised me the sofa's only have around a 2 year life. Considering I paid nearly £4,000 outright for a sofa I would expect it to last longer than 2 years... If you're looking for lasting quality I'd purchase elsewhere.

Visited batley loomloft abbie was very helpfull answered all my questions and helped us choose a sofa and love chair .
