Thank you to Lewis from head office, a problem with our swivel chair bought from Clitheroe branch has now been resolved.

We have recently bought a large sofa and 3 pieces of Canyon furniture from loom loft all are great quality. We recently had our sofa delivered from loom loft the delivery guys were friendly and did a great job installing the sofa exactly where we wanted it and we quickly realised that the legs of the sofa were shorter than we thought. So we visited the Preston store to find a solution. We were offered new longer legs fitted for us at no extra charge. We can’t praise this store enough for the care and commitment to excellent customer care. I would not hesitate in recommending the Preston store for the quality of their products but most of all the customer service was second to none fabulous store.

Bought my sofa from Loom Loft in 2022. I've had the sofa for just over 2 years, it starting having problems at around 12 months from creaking, to the material sagging and slanting. They sent someone out who did a "quick fix" who advised me the sofa's only have around a 2 year life. Considering I paid nearly £4,000 outright for a sofa I would expect it to last longer than 2 years... If you're looking for lasting quality I'd purchase elsewhere.

I cannot praise Jess from the Clitheroe branch highly enough. She has been a delight to deal with and has handled a problem we had in such a friendly and efficient way. We would have no hesitation in shopping at Loomloft again because of the excellent service we received from her, and nothing was too much trouble.

Our first visit to Loom Loft at Batley and we were pleasantly surprised. We purchased a fabulous sofa from the outlet and Gemma was just fab, she went above and beyond. We are that in love with it that we have purchased the matching bench stool today and Gemma again pulled it out of the bag. She is a huge credit to the company.

The Clitheroe store transferred a Gotham TV cabinet over from their Batley store as each cabinet is individually made and can vary. They rang a few days later to say the cabinet had arrived. On arrival they unpacked the cabinet and it was slightly less ‘blue’ than the one in store, Ricky was really helpful and bubble wrapped the unit, then he and Jess carried it out to the car for us. Very friendly pleasant folk, who look like they actually enjoy their work. When we got the unit home it was perfect! The ‘blue’ wasn’t blue at all in the light of our lounge but a gorgeous grey shade which combined with the blended oak looks amazing.

My wife and myself have visited the Loft on the odd occasion and last week was no exception. Over the years and through the pandemic we have enjoyed browsing the furniture and dining out at the Bistro and have enjoyed every visit until Saturday 1st April.

My wife is disabled and enjoys perusing the items on show to give us ideas for our home without the hassle of the high street, or what's left of it.

Normally we would browse and if we like an item we make the purchase after eating in the Lovely Bistro. UNFORTUNATLEY on this occasion it wasn't to be.

As we started our tour of the store we were pleasantly surprised when a male member of staff approached to discuss a curious picture hanging on the wall, from that point on Wherever we went within the store we were 'STALKED' by this man, Upstairs, downstairs it didn't matter there he was. It got to the point we decided to abandon the Bistro experience and any purchases and headed out.

ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, we dined at the Calf's Head just a little further up the road and thoroughly enjoyed the food and wine. And the item we were looking for? We purchased at Doorway To Value A beautiful Ercol Bookcase/shelf. So I suppose he did us a favour really.

To purchasing some furniture and it being delivered (22/3), the experience has been nothing but excellent. You are not pressured into buying and the customer experience was good. The guys that delivered my furniture were friendly and extremely helpful. A great shop

We visited Loomloft today for the first time. We had some lunch there, which was very nice , the staff were really nice & friendly. We then went to purchase a couple of chairs , Ricky dealt with us and he was knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We purchased our chairs along with foot stools and a lamp. Beautiful, unusual items , no pressure to purchase. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely return , even if its just for food .

We popped into loomloft and was greeted by Yvonne. She helped us do much, by showing us what we needed, giving alternative suggestions and checking everything was in stock. Nothing was too much trouble. Yvonne was easy to chat to, her product knowledge excellent. We ran out of time so 4 days later we returned to see Yvonne again. Once again nothing was too much trouble. I work In retail myself , so customer service is something I always notice. Yvonne is a credit to your business. No doubt Yvonne will see us again sometime in the future. Thank you Yvonne for all your expert advice.

Fantastic customer service ... we were greeted by Yvonne who helped us through or purchase choices. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and she was able to take us through lots of options. At no point did we feel under pressure and we left feeling happy, satisfied and well informed. Thank you Yvonne.

What a beautiful shop Loom Loft Furniture and Interiors is - I literally could’ve bought every single thing in the store!
We tested a sofa after Ricky suggested it to us as we wandered around and we were absolutely sold there and then - what a dream it is.
The quality of furniture, the selection and the added bonus of the amazing food, makes this the perfect place.
The only thing which tops it is Ricky - what a guy! My little boy begged to come back the second time just to see him.
Super knowledge and just one of life’s nice guys!

Just been to visit the Loomloft and ordered our new sofa! As we are due to move house they gave us a loan sofa free of charge until our new one is ready!
We visited the shop with a very energetic 4 year old and 1 year old twins - Ricky the staff member was great and helped us swiftly get the purchase done before the children got too chaotic 😂
