Had a great shopping experience yesterday at Loom Loft purchasing two sofas. Jess (sales) was first class and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the products. The complimentary drinks voucher for their in house cafe was very much appreciated. Highly recommend a visit!

Well what a beautiful shop this is. The products are real quality at a fair price. My wife and I were looking at lounge suites on the day . Needless to say after sitting on the most comfortable sofa ever we ended up buying two. We were ably assisted by Diane who explained everything in detail from sale to delivery.
Thanks Diane and Loom loft I’m sure we will see you again quite soon.

My wife and I visited the Clitheroe store and were assisted by Yvonne, what an absolute pleasure! We hate to be sold to but Yvonne and the rest of the staff are not sales people. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and she really listened to our needs and understood what was important to us to help us make the right choices. I’m so grateful to Yvonne for all her help but looking at all the other brilliant reviews on here it’s plain to see Loom Loft seem to hire only the best. The store it’s self is beautifully laid out and gave us brilliant inspiration for our new home. The bistro upstairs is well worth a visit too, be sure to book though because it’s very popular! The food is lovely and the staff are incredibly professional. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I called in today to look at sofas. We were met by Diane who was most helpful and very knowledgeable. Fantastic service and not only did we buy a sofa we also purchased some outdoor furniture. Looking forward to it all arriving. Many thanks Diane

We had a great customer service experience at the Clitheroe store with Yvonne. Extremely helpful, never pushy and understood exactly what we are after. She also understood our thought process and helped us make our decision in our own way. First class, you don't get the same customer service from an online only outfit. 10/10 from us! We're looking forward to our sofas arriving now.

Came in this afternoon and ordered a sofa with Charlotte very smooth and easy process! Will definitely be back to furnish the rest of the house 🥰

Great experience and a lovely furniture store purchased a lovely dining table and 4 chairs assisted by Ricky who was extremely helpful wasn't pushy in getting a sale and went to great lengths to explain everything in detail with us. Also a complimentary drink given. We had a lovely meal in the Bistro and staff also very attentive a great experience all round would shop here again.

Brilliant service. We had never been here before, but The Loom Loft is a beautiful show room, with everything from trinkets to wrap around sofas. It's a lovely place to be, well decorated and clearly well-maintained. We had some help from Diane, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, without being overbearing. She let us have a wander around the shop on our own, and, when we were ready, gave us some of her thoughts on interior design after we showed her some photos of our space. We will definitely come back for our next set of sofas as the options are stunning and the service was exceptional. Thank you, Diane!

We visited Loom Loft this weekend after viewing the sofa selection online. After the fantastic service and knowledgeable advice from Diane we purchased our perfect sofa! It was a pleasure to deal with Diane and we will be back very soon.

Visiting the loft was an experience of finding beautiful furnishings and accessories. Leisurely walking round enjoying trying to put several piece of furniture together started to become a bit of a challenge until we were approached by one of the sales ladies called Yvonne who politely asked us were we o.k. We voiced our likes on piece what we had seen and she accompanied us to each and everyone offering obviously her retail experience and opinions wow! did we need that. We came away with lots of great ideas that we played around with once we got home. Without a doubt Yvonnes ideas and opinions where first class so the order was put in a massive thank you Yvonne for everything we will be returning. Heather Ingham

I wrote a review 2 days ago. Since then i had second thoughts about the colour of chairs id chosen so today i rang to ask to change the colour Ricky said he'd sort it and ring me back which he did. Once again i was impressed the the helpful service. Thank you

I like this shop very much. We bought a couple of sofas a few months back and went again to get a rug. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Ricky and Kirsty - both seem like they enjoy working there and helping people. Thanks Kirsty for your patience and suggestions and thanks Ricky for making it fun!

After searching for months for dinning table and chairs to coordinate with our white and grey kitchen we found it here and with help of Ricky who carried all different styles of chairs to try I eventually decided on the ones that were there at first but then which of the 4 colours! Ricky tried these in different colour combinations in the end I decided on one of each,fingers crossed we like them although we have 7 days to change them but I'm excited for it to arrive. Nothing was too much trouble thank you Ricky.

My wife and I have bought a number of items from Loom Loft over the past three weeks, due to our impending house move.

The premises are clean, well presented and warm, and they offer the best breakfast in the Ribble Valley.

All of the staff are professional, interested, helpful and warm. During our last purchase we were supported by Syka who was delightful.

I cannot recommend Loom Loft more highly.

I recently ordered a sofa from sofology and they let me down big time - delays after delays and faulty products arriving at my house! I cancelled the order and went to loom loft to ask if they could get me a sofa delivered any time soon. Within a week of ordering, I now have a beautiful, well made, good quality sofa from loom loft sitting in my living room!! Amazing service from Jessica who couldn’t do more for me. The shop is beautiful and I will definitely be returning to purchase more bits for the house

After going to the Batley store today I was so impressed with the sales man .he was very knowledgeable and experienced and not pushy at all .
I'm so looking forward to seeing my sofas I ordered .
I totally recommend this place .
I will be going back near Xmas for gifts and home accessories .

Excellent Service and attention to detail. Syka helped us choose items for our home and spent lots of time with us, making sure we was happy with our choices.
