Love my glasses. They came quickly and safe. Would definitely order again

Delivery was timely as expected, awesome experience! My Gucci frames are beautiful!!!

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Not only do they not answer the phones but I believe the calls are outsourced and the reps all appear clueless about the orders or products. It was almost 2 weeks before I even received my item and the GUCCI box was smudged and looked old. I was not happy. Especially after paying so much money. I will never shop here again!

I ordered a ring and it is perfect and was well packaged. My only issue was that I ordered it late July and I had to contact Customer Service to find out when it would be shipped. It arrived August 10. Customer Service is excellent and answered my email within an hour and then it got my order moving right away. I would buy from Lord and Taylor again.

I received a dress that was damaged with a stain and several pulls throughout, and when I contacted customer service, they requested pictures which I gladly provided. After going back-and-forth with them because they said they had not received the pictures, I sent them a second time and contacted customer support which took some time because the call would not go through. The representative who answered said that they had received the pictures and directed me to the website to initial the return. Once on the website, I was again,3rd time, asked for the pictures. Lord & Taylor has a policy that they charge a $24 restocking fee and shipment, which is fine if the return was a result of the customer not liking the product, but in my case, I received the dress damaged. When initiating the return, the website automatically deducts the $24. When I questioned the representative about this, she said that they would have to review the situation before they could determine whether or not they would refund the $24 that they charged me. FYI, I received the dress 8/7 in the evening. I first made contact on 8/10 and had to follow up on 8/13 and 8/14. All of this to say that this experience was not a pleasant one and purchasing from Lord & Taylor is not worth your time or money. I’m certain you can find a quality dress elsewhere with much better customer service.

ZERO STARS! I am beyond upset! I ordered an “authentic” Gucci Bag (very expensive) over two weeks ago and contacted customer service about six days after I ordered to find out the status of my order. I used the live chat feature and got no help. Two days later I got an email stating my item was being fulfilled and got a UPS tracking number the same day. Now it’s 10 days later and the UPS tracking number states UPS does not have the package yet. I have sent several emails with no response. Their listed phone number does not work. I have not found a way to reach any LIVE human.
I fear I have been scammed!

Do not order from them.

I received a defective item, and instead of issuing a straightforward refund, they kept changing the refund method and dragging out the process. First they said they couldn’t refund to my original payment method. Then they offered PayPal, then a check. After I agreed to those alternatives, they claimed they were experiencing technical difficulties and said they could only issue a gift card instead.

It’s now been over a month of constant back and forth, and I still haven’t received my money back. The entire process has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience, it feels like they are doing everything possible to avoid issuing a proper refund.

I would not shop here again.

My experience was mixed, not great. It was in fact pretty bad at the start as I needed to alter the delivary options before I felt free to place the order. I wrote several URGENT!!! messages, on the online form and by email, but none were responded to at all for two days (admittedly over the weekend). Desperate, I decided to order without the problem having been solved so as not to risk losing the chance to buy the item (a gift for my daughter ). .

Then suddenly, on Monday, Lord & Taylor's Customer Sevrice reached out to me by email to say they understood I was trying to get some help... was the problem solved? No it was not.

Perhaps I only heard from customer service because I had actually ordered somethins, but I don't think so. In any case, once customer service was on the case, everything became very easy - I was conversing with real humans who solved the problem quickly and completely! But while it was a question of dealing with bots, online forms, Urgent emails etc. - it was endlessly inefficient and frustrating. My rating is really 2.5 because my experience was as bad at the start as it was wonderful at the end. But really, in terms of overall satisfaction, it's a 5, with a bit of a discount, so say 4.5

Lord & Taylor sent me the wrong handbag and then gave me several days to return the wrong one OR they wouldn't be able to process a refund. How do you send the wrong bag and then expect it to be returned at your convenience? No QR code. I have no printer at home and so then had to pay to print the label. They also won't refund me for the cost of the label. Will never ever buy from their online store again and recommend against buying from them. Go to Nordstrom. Also, they still haven't sent me the correct item either.

Love my new eye candy!

I placed an order over a month ago, returned the item the day it arrived, got an email on June 29th that the return has been approved, on July 13th emailed for status of my refund, they lied that they received it on July 7th (until I sent them a screenshot of the June 29th approval, then I was emailed that they cant provide a refund back to my card so I opted for a PayPal refund. As of today july 21st, I have not received any refund. Mind you its a $900 coat I returned. (I am taking some action to get my money)Spare yourself some unnecessary pain and shop elsewhere!

Shipping took a while but the Gucci bag I ordered was top notch!

Bought these two Gucci gorgeous sunglasses that otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford. At another store or online store and I am so happy that I made this purchase and I received them right away. Amazing prices and absolutely gorgeous sunglasses!

Not a long wait to receive my order. All in great condition and came with all its documentation. Great packaging. I would be ordering more soon.
