Great price and quality plus delivery

Shipping took FOREVER due to customs. BUT their customer service was on the ball, often answering emails within minutes. Definitely recommend, but patience is a must. My item took about a month to arrive, but they gave me a significant discount to make it right.

I received my order (Gucci Shoes) much earlier than expected. The package was professionally wrapped and the shoes were exactly what I ordered and expected.

Delivery was fine. The pearl necklace is beautiful. I was a bit disappointed on the size of the alexandrite. The photo made it look larger than it is. Overall it’s still beautiful.

The dress is so beautiful ,, But it was way to small,, I almost cried,,, but Lord and Taylor sent me a return label and it will be taken to UPS today because of the holiday,, If dress ever is returned in the larger size ,, I will again purchase this dress,, I hated to give it up,, but just to small... Thank you Lord and Taylor for being so kind to me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! After they filed bankruptcy and were bought by another company to turn this store into an e-commerce store, the service is terrible. The reputation is no longer. I ordered a pair of sunglasses 18 days ago and it still hasn't shipped - it's still showing as "processing." You can not chat a live person and I keep getting the same automated response via their customer service email stating my "item is currently in transit to their fulfillment center. Once it arrives and has been through inspection, my order will be shipped and I will receive a shipping notification." How do you expect to sell luxury goods and have terrible shipping? Every other known department store ships within a week. Never will I ever purchase from Lord & Taylor again!

It was a great experience. I received my shoes on time and I received what I ordered.
