Had never heard of them before
Had never heard of them before, but looked them up, and company seems reputable. The Sales assistant was very polite, friendly and helpful. Holiday price seems very reasonable, so just need to wait and see how the next stage goes, flight time mm especially, hotel specification, etc.
So far, looking like we would book with LoveitBookit again.

Fly/Cruise/Grand Prix Package
I recently booked a fly/cruise/Grand Prix package.
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.....even before we left the UK!!
No boarding passes for the airline
No boarding passes for the cruise ship
Quite simply no information at all.
All the information I received, was at the last minute or too late.
All in all - chaos, stressful and an experience not to be repeated. Sorry, I can see all the lovely, positive comments on here....but this was our experience :(
I have to say that Hayley was extremely helpful and she did her best to get things sorted out for me.
I will be taking this up with Love it, Book it.

Well they did not explain the added charges of tips on most item purchased at plus 18 0r 23 dollars a time, and it would also have been good to have a total out line of an invoice to out line the ports to visit.

We’re very sorry to hear of your disappointment but as we have now had the chance to explain, gratuities are optional for UK guests to pay. If you would prefer to tip individually, these can be removed onboard by speaking with Guest Relations.
In addition, a full invoice including your itinerary and ports of call was sent the same day that your booking was confirmed. We are unsure why this may not have reached you, though it is possible it was filtered by your email provider but we are glad you now have a copy of this.
We’re disappointed to learn that this has led to a 1-star review, as we always aim to provide clear and transparent information throughout the booking process. We hope our conversation cleared any confusion and please do let us know if there is anything we can assist you with.
