This weekend I completed a booking with LoveitBookit for the first time and I have to say that Olivia and Mathew made the process very easy. I initially went on a brief chat where they answered my questions very quickly and confidently, putting my mind at ease. There was no pressure put on me through the whole process it was just like having a chat with someone I've known for ages. I had a follow up question this morning that I raised on email and this was followed up by Olivia giving me a call to confirm the answer. Becky was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me book this cruise. Fourth time I've used Loveitbook for a cruise holiday. Previous three have been TV offers but this time I requested a bespoke option including flight from Manchester to New York, flight from Buenos Aires to Manchester, back-to-back cruises, accommodation in New York transport from airport to hotel, hotel to ship and ship to airport.

First time Cruise booking, clear and straightforward info on site, spoke to a lovely lady called Becky Saddoo who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process of booking, she gave us her contact number so we would deal with same person throughout, we did call her again and she was extremely helpful and gave great advice also saying we could call her any time for help which is extremely reassuring.

We were caught up in the flights being cancelled in the middle east. Your out of hours team Maria called me to make sure I had a hotel for the night and had a new flight booked for the next day. when that was cancelled she called again to reassure me that they was working on getting us a new flight to Singapore to catch our cruise. I cant thank her enough at this stressful time she give me confidence that you had it all in hand and it would be sorted. Also Lee arranged our new flight home which went smoothly and Hollie also helped on our return with some queries we had regarding our additional costs etc. I cant recommend this company enough.
