Gave us great options on flights and possible upgrades for flights and hotels.

Celebrity Millennium cruise.
Was not told huge iron OVER HANG over our balcony.
We had no sun for the duration of our 11 day holiday unless we went up to the pool area .Waste of money booking Aqua Class balcony.

Entertainment, terrible, very disappointing .

Rang today to book our cruise, Olivia dealt with my enquiry, she was very helpful kept asking if I had any questions, was more than happy to check suite availability on the decks we wanted to.

Booked my 1st Asia cruise with Becky. Becky was amazing. As I'm a bit of a dinosaur old, I explained I don't feel comfortable doing everything over emails etc Becky explained I can have everything sent by post. That to me meant everything. Becks explained about the cruise what was included what wasn't. This lady was amazing. If I struggle with anything to call her and she would help. My personal opinion of Becky we need more like her. There is still a lot of people like me that are not tech savvy and like to talk to people for reassurance. Becky thank you for booking my holiday and making it so easy. Wonderful experience
