Just booked a cruise with the help of Becky.
She was very patient helpful and knowledgeable about the specific cruise we wanted and guided us through the process efficiently. We found her very open and friendly, which increased our confidence, making the decision to book an easy one.

Just booked a cruise with Love it Book it first time using them following a recommendation and couldnt praise Becky enough.
Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Booked after watching their show. Went on an NCL cruise from Miami. The company booked us the wrong flight and booked us to fly to NY. When we needed to ask a question re our hotel we asked when would we get our connecting flights from NY. That's when they realised they had made a mistake and rebooked us from London to Miami. The Hotel in Miami had an annex and we had read reviews saying it was not as nice as the main part of the hotel, so we asked to be put in the main part of the hotel. Love it said we were def in the main part of the hotel not the annex. We contacted the hotel who told us we were in fact in the annex as that is what the booking through Expedia was made for. We contacted Love it Book it who did upgrade us, but as said we specifically had asked the question and the information given was not correct. So if you book make sure you double check everything.
Next was the cruise it self with NCL. The show makes it seem like you are getting lots of extras, I wish i had looked into this as they are standard with the upgrade package on NCL. The main gripe I had was I found out that if the price of your cruise drops with NCL if you have not paid the balance they reduce the cost. If you have they give it back as onboard credit. Ours reduced by over £1000 but Love it Book it said we were not entitled to the reduction as we booked a package. NCL told me it was down to the travel agent to seek the lower price. I regret not just booking all the things separately, just as Love it did, as then I would have been able to get the reduction in price that NCL promise. We had no contact from Love it Book it throughout the time we were away. No welcome to Miami here is a number if you need us etc. Customer service after you have paid is not the best IMO. I will continue to watch the show but then book any NCL cruises myself so i can be in control of my NCL account.

They are not very helpful and go for the lowest price of hotel and flights the hotel said 4 star but was very dated and and really tried rooms no coffee/tea in your room on a very noisy street only 4 lifts so you had to wait a long .Flight was very late at night when there was plenty flights earlier that was available but they put you on the cheapest options would not use them again

From the moment you see it advertised on the television to booking with the agent John you cannot fault it.John was knowledgeable always approachable and ready to answer any queries we had before making our decision to book the holiday. Really responsive company. Always supportive and answered all our questions. The hotel we were put in in Buenos Aires was fantastic and well positioned and the transfers were very well organised.

A little sceptical about booking this cruise, especially on-line because of its value. However, after initial enquiry, John Hull came straight back to me, answered all questions, explained in detail the cruise, whats included etc, flights and gave a selection of hotels used for this cruise/stay. Great experience, lets hope the cruise is as good as the service provided so far.

Excellent customer service. If they say they will ring you back they do. Everything is explained well. Holidays are well organised and the hotels selected are excellent. A very helpful company to deal with.
