Avoid at all cost
They send me wrong item after little back and forth they finally agreed that it's a wrong item.
I have sent the the item back we agreed that they will replace it for correct item .I informed them how important was that we get the item as soon as possible as it was holding up one of our jobs. After 30 days I called them to find out was is going on as I haven't heard from them.
I was informed that they refunded me a little while back but just didn't bother contacting me.

Antwoord van Lubricant Supplies
I am sorry to hear you have had a poor experience. All of our product data comes directly from the manufacturers and in this instance, there was an error in the file we received, meaning the incorrect item was published on our site and then sent when fulfilling the order. We have refunded you as the lead time on the correct item was longer than expected.
Our aim is always to provide our customers with the best service possible, so again please accept our apologies on the issues with this order and the inconvenience this has caused.
If you'd like to discuss further, please email info@lubricantsupplies.co.uk or call 0121 585 5920.
Best regards
