Excellent online casino - which is rare!
Been a member since June 2021 - and indeed of one of LuckyVIP’s sister companies - and I only have good things to say.
Withdrawals have always been very quick, communication has been superb and everything has gone exactly as you’d hope from a customer/player perspective.
I must also thank Joel and Jessee for their help on Live Chat this evening and afternoon.
I thought I had mistakenly processed a withdrawal to an older card (since cancelled), but they were quick to alleviate my concerns.
Indeed, the money has since landed in my account.
Good job LuckyVIP; a lot of these other online casinos could learn a lot from you!

Deposit money in secs weeks to get a withdrawal
I made a withdrawal request on the 26th September today 1st October still no funds received. They then ask me for 3 months worth of bank statements and id to get a withdrawal and I have had withdrawals from them before. After I sent a the info they wanted still going round in circles. After I receive my money I will never use them again con artist. Quick to take your money in seconds but take over a week to pay out terrible company

Could someone from safer gambling please respond as I have sent all relevant info and done all the check would like to withdraw thanks EDIT to reply I have contacted yous twice daily for over a week and I have sent every possible thing filled out a safer gambling questionnaire and been totally fobbed off I had over £500 and was half way through wagering but was locked out my account when I asked could I get my withdrawal was told yes but not told it wasn’t all wavered and send 98 quid it’s an absolute scam I’ve never saw anything like it and the lies that’s told repeatedly like safer gambling will be emailing within 24 hrs to open my account ect it’s like I’m always told what I want to hear to fob me off now I’ve been told within 5 to 10 days but weird how that changed so wrong openly scamming people and no point speaking to customer service as yous keep saying yous have emailed safer gambling team and all this crap like yous will do it personally and still not one email worst site ever won’t be back I’ve played on a lot and never saw a scam site like it reviews say it all!!

Worst site I have ever used. I processed for a withdrawal 4 weeks ago and still not received. There has been 40 emails back and forth with customer service and they have done nothing to get it sorted and have now started ignoring me. Absolute joke!

i do not play here, my daughter does. Its an Ok site, good wins at times, keep to low wagering when spinning can get good payouts on low wagers. People expect to win all time, that not gambling.
