Made2Measure Mattress Reviews 

Ordered some mattresses in February with an expected turnaround of 4-6 weeks. It’s four months later and I’ve still not received anything despite paying in full. One excuse after another! (Seems a common theme on them) Communication is by sms alone, always on voicemail. Very very disappointing

I recently purchased a new £52,000 caravan, and while it’s undeniably luxurious, the supplied mattress didn’t match the rest of the caravan’s high standards. I reached out to Made2Measure Mattress to find a better option and was impressed with their selection. Once I chose my preferred mattress, I had the option to either take a template sheet to trace the shape myself or bring my existing mattress to their Tamworth store, where they would send it off for precise duplication. I opted to take my old mattress in for them to handle everything.

The service and quality exceeded my expectations. The new mattress fits perfectly in my caravan and is incredibly comfortable.

I highly recommend them—Ben and his team were fantastic to deal with, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. They also offer UK-wide delivery, though I didn’t need it as I’m local, which made the process even more convenient.

Amazing hybrid mattress for an awkwardly-shaped homemade bed. Perfect shape and so comfortable, worth the money! Made very quickily and efficiently.
Unfortunately the third party delivery service (SGK) weren’t great and delivery got changed / didn’t turn up 3 times.

Ordered a made2measure mattress after finding that Ikea no longer supply any choice of mattress for 160x200.
We met these guys at the NEC Caravan and Camping Club exhibition and placed our order.
We did think we would have to wait 5/6 weeks but were really pleased when we got the mattress in 10 days!
We ordered the traditional Hopton 1000 and it is most certainly firm. However for the first morning for ages I woke up with no hip or back pain.
I would have given 5stars but want to make sure it does live up to my expectations 😃
Great delivery service and comms too from the delivery company - only downside was they didn’t instal in the bedroom so my husband and I had to push and pull it upstairs ourselves. We certainly needed that new mattress!

We ordered a topper from this company for our motorhome and sent back the template that was measured as instructed.We also made a copy of this template for ourselves. When the Topper arrived we were asked to send photos to Made to measure on the bed. I informed them that this was not going to be possible for a couple of months due to having serious hand surgery. When we did eventually put the topper on the mattress we discovered it was 2" to short in length although the cover was correct! Upon phoning the company all we got was excuse after excuse and was told we should have read the small print that it needed to be checked within 14 days. Even though i had explained about my hand.Our daughter and son-in law were going to order one but have now changed there mind. Not the best way to treat customers will not recommend to anyone terrible customer service.

I ordered a mattress for my caravan from Made2measure mattresses on 18/2/2023 and paid £574.98. This included a £24.99 delivery charge. I am currently living in my caravan whilst I renovate my house, and decided to buy a new mattress. I had booked a week away the week after the mattress was scheduled to arrive, and disposed of my old mattress the day before delivery.
On the day of delivery, I took the morning off work and the mattress arrived. I lifted the mattress in the caravan and soon realised that it was completely the wrong shape / size from the one I had ordered. I called the driver who was two minutes away (I could see the van driving away in the distance) and he refused to turn around and collect it.
I phoned Made2measure mattresses and spoke to a member of staff. I was offered £100 compensation if I were to bring the mattress back to the Midlands and they would make me a new one. I explained that they were 600 miles away (return trip), and I would have to cancel my week away (plus I still had no mattress to sleep on). I said £200 would cover the fuel / camp site cancellation fee etc I was told this was not possible. I then asked them to collect the mattress and told them I would write about my experience on Trustpilot - to warn other people about my experience.
30 minutes later Ben - the owner of the company phoned me, shouting down the phone that I was a “Tw#t and a low life. I put the phone down on him. He phoned me back shouting again that I was a “keyboard warrior” threatening to write a bad report about his company. I remained calm and civilised, and reminded him that his calls were rude and he was harassing me. I put the phone down, and he called me back a third time - I refused to answer.
I contacted PayPal (thank god I paid with a reputable company) and started processing my refund. I had no wish to contact Ben or deal with Made2measure mattresses ever again. PayPal replied that Made2measure mattresses were refusing to refund the £24.99 delivery fee - even though the mattress was completely wrong and I had to take a morning off work (for delivery), and an afternoon off work for collection.
Seven (7) weeks later, I am still waiting for PayPal’s decision, and I am still almost £600.00 out of pocket. I am still holding out for a full refund, and not just a partial one from a very rude & unprofessional owner (Ben) at Made2measure mattresses. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs….

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Mattress arrived ahead of time and is the perfect fit. The mattress is of great quality and is so comfortable what a change from my old hard foam that was put in originally. I would 100% recommend these guys. They were so helpful too :) Great Work

On 28/10/22, I found this company after an exhaustive search of the internet, wanting to replace a 40+ year old standard sized mattress on a significantly larger irregular sized Edwardian wooden bed. (Three generations of family have made do with a standard single mattress and old duvets rolled up to plug the gap, but I had had enough!) I initially contacted them by email and after the ever-patient Megan answered an avalanche of questions over a couple of days, I finally measured up the bed base. Order was placed on 30/10/22 and the super duper brand new Hopton 1000 custom built mattress arrived here at home on 26/11/22! Was brought carefully into the house, securely wrapped, by a lovely and efficient delivery duo from SGK Distribution. And it is PERFECT.
We cannot recommend this company more highly! Thank you so very much indeed.
