Maple Leaf Promotions Reviews

We will not be able to use your service again as the turn around time is way too long. And to top it off, Maple Leaf Promotions uses American suppliers. We still havent received our order which you charged to our credit card a month ago. Maybe you should charge when you ship. Tha might speed up your service. Regardless, you'll never see another dime from our company. Worst supplier we have ever used.

Good to work with for the magnets our church purchased. Look closely at the proof as they kept pulling the wrong one. That was the only issue. Responsive. Will work with again.

The customized keychains are really excellent thank you!

Prices were great. Quality was great. Customer service was very helpful. Would definitely use again

Our customer experience with you was excellent; thank YOU! The Star Highlighters worked perfectly for our learning experience and all our attendees love them. All the best to your team!

Product was delivered in a very timely manner. Quality is decent for the price

It took over two months to receive my shipment of droppers, and then when I finally received the print quality was very poor.

Great service, 100% on time!! Good Quality, great staff

Began trying to order calendars end of November. They took credit card payment Dec 3. Still haven't received product (Jan 14), although we were repeatedly promised delivery before Christmas. Had to call repeatedly to get the order. When I called (again) to find out what was happening, the representative told me they would check into where the product was and abruptly hung up on me. Representative did not call back, but sent email stating delivery would be Jan 17, with no explanation.

Phoned and ordered Calendars, three weeks later I realized that I had not recieved a proof and phoned back. There was no sign of my ordered. We recieved our calendars late and most of our customers have calendars from other companies.

I stated in my very first email that I only wanted the pens if they were blue ink...it took 5 emails, along with a paid proof before I got the answer...which resulted in me canceling the order. I'm now checking my credit card to make sure I have been reimbursed

I was quoted a standard delivery time of 2-3 weeks on all orders, following approval of the proof. It was six weeks from the day I approved the proof until I actually received my product. I am happy with what was delivered, though it was late for the originally intended purpose.

they were very helpful when we ran into an issue reordering a product. Very polite and knowledgable.

Mapleleaf went above and beyond to fulfill my order to my extreme satisfaction. They were incredibly patient and precise in regard to getting it right and being timely and polite. I would highly recommend Mapleleaf to anybody interested in a professional product to be delivered in a professional timely way!

looking forward to getting my promotional material for my customers. The process was easy and inexpensive

This is our second order with this company. Ordered seven years ago and had a great experience with the company then. Just reordered Plates again and again had no problems, produc5 was delivered in the time they specified. Would order again if needed.
