Maple Leaf Promotions Reviews

Such an easy way to use. You answered my questions promptly. The order was received and delivered in a timely manner. It is exactly what we were looking for. I will defiantly be using your products again in the future. Thanks you so much!

They were great to use. I got my items in a timely manner and it was really easy to order. When I had to call customer service they were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.

Great services all around. I’ve used them many times and never a problem.

A little problem with getting the custom color ink I'd wanted. Closest they could come was one color lighter. Still, printing was excellent, delivery sooner than promised.

Order process was easy, proofs were easy to respond to. Received my order today, very pleased with the product & service. Good job! Thanks

Perfect Product · Perfect Execution · Perfect Pricing.

They charged my credit card weeks ago, and then they didn't answer my emails. I have no idea whether I'm ever going to receive the products I ordered.

Update: After I posted this review, they contacted me, and I am hopeful that this will be resolved.

Update 5/4: Just received a shipment. I wish communication had been better so I could have clarified details about how I wanted the items.

I'm always pleased and satisfied with the service I get!

So far everything has been perfect with my order from Maple Leaf Promotions!

Thanks so much!

Loved the variety of products available online. Process for submission to proof is painless. Customer service rocks!!! Received our first product within a short period of time. LOVE IT!!! Thank you to Maple Leaf Promotions. We definitely be using your services again.

I can't review yet, still waiting on my order

Excellent up to this point. Easy communication and fast response time. Now if my order doesn't take forever and the product is good I'll be a total fan!

Maple Leaf Promotions provided fast, efficient service. It was easy to complete an online order.

Quality Ball Caps at a good value and the embroidery looks great!

We were ordering a gift to give all our clients at a large event we were hosting so there was a lot of pressure to find something that would impress our attendees and my bosses. We settled on a custom lunchbox. The initial contact didn't go very smooth (no response to order submitted on website, had to call and was told to email order info) but they were able to accommodate our deadline. Again the communication is a bit lacking. I didn't receive any shipping confirmation or tracking. In the end though the product arrived on time, looked even better than we imagined and our attendees were impressed. We had several comments on how unique and fun the lunch box was. Overall happy customers, just a few small things to improve.

Very Good service and products. We were happy except that it could not print our picture.

Very quick to respond and easy to complete orders

I have request a couple of time to get my proof. After receiving one with just my logo I am still waiting to get one with my name and contact information. I have requested the proof a couple of times and I am still waiting.

The collaboration with the Maple Leaf Promotions team was easy, natural and they deliver the product as expected. All my observations were taken in consideration and the final product was what was expected. Most important , the delivery time was as promised.
