Good Calendar for a good price.
It's a great give-away calendar. Shipping last year was timely so I expect it will be again this year.

Personal Alarms
We got the personal alarms. The customer service we excellent. It was nice that you can order a sample and they take it off when you buy an order.The staff on the phone was very polite and helpful. We strive to communicate with our customers as soon as there is any issue that could cause any delays.
Some things that could cause delays are out of stock situations, Payment discrepancies, or shipping delays.
When an issue arises we will email and phone customers and will not process the order until we get a reply. We have to wait until we get a response from the customer before we can move forward with the order.
In your case we tried to contact you via email the day after you placed the order and twice more when there was no reply and then phoned when we didn't receive a reply to the emails. Your order was processed as soon as we got the needed information from you.
I would love an opportunity to see what we can do to make you satisfied.
