Cally Davies and her team (Richard Coulter) managed to eventually successfully complete a Transfer of Equity (ToE) process.

They have kept me informed throughout the process, to which I have provided further feedback on how they can improve certain processes on their end to aid in expediting the process further (e.g. emphasise to me on posting back certain key documents, and greater proactiveness in respectfully chasing me for documents), to which I sincerely hope my feedback will be taken on board.

I contacted Martin Tolhurst Solicitors part way through a long and drawn-out divorce settlement and was guided by Hannah Stanford to an agreeable outcome. I had regular email contact with Hannah with the option of meeting in person or speaking to her on the phone. Emails were responded to promptly and a colleague would reply if Hannah was unavailable. The advice I was given was clear and helpful.

Friendly, professional and a first class service from the team. Efficient and regularly updating us of progress. Easy to contact and very helpful. The cost was reasonable and we would thoroughly recommend Tom and his team.

Impossible to have a face to face appointment, a phone call or a video call. Everything was done by email with no way to provide heavy documents such as videos. Rude, harassing, making mistakes all the time and putting me under pressure more than putting the solicitor of my husband under pressure. I don’t recommend this firm for domestic violence and divorce.

Excellent service to Jane Williams in what was a very long and difficult conveyance. Thanks also to Jenny Exeter for all her back up and support. Highly recommended.

Moved from Kent to Carlisle. The solicitor, Gemma Nie gave a first class service from start to finish. Nichola was also very helpful. The team kept us up to date with the progress of our sale and purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and would recommend them.

Awful solicitors, taking their time over everything is never too much trouble for them. If something can be done in a day you can trust them to take 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs
