Not accurate sizing , expensive returns!!!
Not accurate sizing. No return label provided. If needed return or exchange shipping from USA will cost $50-65 . Not worth it. Pretty much this company doesn’t want you to return anything! By the way I received an item delayed , after 3 weeks of hustling emailing them back and forth. Package was open and arrived from Bulgaria instead of UK🤨

Hi, thanks for your feedback, which we have fully taken onboard. However please note that the sizing on our website is accurate and thoroughly checked frequently.
Measuring a waist is tricky in the sense that a waist size and body shape is different with each customer, and that in most cases to get the right size, a little squeeze whilst measuring is required for the perfect compressed size for your waist.
The point about us not wanting anything to be returned, is a little unfair we feel because we pride ourselves on great customer service and are only happy when our customers are happy. It is not in our interest to have unhappy customers and we are more than happy to refund returned items. In terms of shipping fees, the price you stated is extreme, and US Post tracked service would have been a lot cheaper than 50-65 USD, in fact many other couriers charge less than what you have quoted. The return instructions on our website are pretty straight forward and standard throughout the online industry, hence a normal return policy as can be seen all over the web.
Please note that we also subsidise shipping fees to the USA for our customers, hence enabling our customers to pay a lot less for shipping and receiving their order in the first place.
Finally, the product can be shipped from any of our warehouses where it is in stock, whether the UK or EU, hence it does not cheapen the process, nor are any of our products opened so we will speak to the carrier about this.
This is a great product
This is a great product. Love that it is not too tight, just tight enough to be comfortable but also effective.
The short version is great for petite ladies.
I gave it 4 stars, because I had issues with the costumer service.

Якість корсетів мені дуже сильно подобається, купую не вперше. Але розчарована продавцем. Я просила один розмір, продавець запевнила , що потрібно більший розмір. Я її послухала. Прийшов корсет - майка великий на мене. Повернула для заміни. І за повернення і нову відправку довелося платити мені (незважаючи на те, що вина саме продавця). Дуже неприємно, безвідповідальність продавця.

Don't order from these guys
Don't order from these guys! First they charge you for shipping and for international cost. When you never received the product instead of refund you, they charge you 40$ for shipment return. There are a scam!!! Don't buy from them

Kurir me nije pozvao samo je poslao viber poruku da je moja posailjka na paketomatu, viber slabo koristi i poruka mi je promakla. Trebao je kurir pozvati telefonom! Zatim sam morala LIČNO NA NJIHOVE NOGE da preuzmem posiljku i to su mi naplatili 1400 din! A slanje poštom kosta 350,00din. Zatim sam dobila veći korset i nisu hteli da ga zamene jer nijsam vratila neku "kesu" koju nisam ni dobila. Na kraju su mi paket ipak zamenili i takođe sam platila poštarinu, dakle ukupno sam za postarinu dala 2100.

The sizes on our website and how to measure oneself is reviewed frequently and put together carefully, and each batch in production is thoroughly check for quality.
