I had a Mundic Block Test/Survey carried out on a property I am hoping to buy and was very pleased with the service and the detailed report I received. Additionally I had a follow up question which was answered via a phone call very quickly and professionally. Above and beyond service.

The team at May Whetter and Grose St Austell helped me to sell my mother's house. They were very friendly and helpful to deal with and anyone in the office would always take a message and pass it on. I thought they had adapted well to working with the adverse conditions of lockdown and, as I could not get to the house myself, they managed all the visits needed during the course of the sale, including one to get a small repair done. I would definitely use them again.
